I don't usually have car troubles and try to DIY small fixes if confident enough and its been a while since I needed to go to a shop but sadly pandemic closed down the shop I used to go to. When I needed to get my brakes done a few months ago, I remembered this shop where I heard a recommendation for and saw the reviews and gave them a try. When I first called Veronica, she have been very helpful giving estimates for the brake job. Same week I was able to bring the car in and they have done a great job and within the estimated time. I appreciate how John would explain what exactly needs to be done and also gave me an idea what to expect on the first few days. Today, I had them also replace couple of drive belts. They have done it surprisingly quick and I was out in less than 40mins. It helped that they expect me coming and had the parts ready. Veronica is helpful when I requested a specific brand for the parts and gave me an updated estimate. Both times they have quoted me a reasonable price. They are friendly and accommodating to my needs beyond what I expect. For the brake job, since the brake job would be a few hours and I said I would just wait. They offered to drive me home If I wanted to since its relatively close and also offered if I need a ride to buy some lunch. Although I didn't take their kind offer, its a very generous and beyond what I expect considering its my first time coming to their shop. My experience from them gave me the impression that they are honest, friendly and someone I can trust going forward. I found my new go to shop! read more

I saw the reviews of this shop. I took my car in for an alignment unfortunately the alignment guy wasn't there so they told me they would let me know when he came back. They didn't call me. Fast forward a week later and I went in again. The receptionist went to see if the alignment guy was in already. He was. The alignment took less than 30 minutes and the price was fair. I would recommend that you call first before going and check if the alignment guy showed up to work otherwise you will waste your time. I will continue to use this shop. read more

The best mechanic experience I have ever had! I have a '77 GMC Sierra Grande, and my friend and I took forever trying to figure out what was wrong with the brakes. Tried bleeding the lines, and was getting nothing out of the front, and had a leak in the back. We figured it was the master cylinder, but we weren't sure. We brought it in to the shop, and they were able to help me out at a fraction of what I was expecting to pay! Everyone was very helpful and they were super quick!
