They are not honest with the repairs they overcharge customer and whatever they fix it's not good , they are net honest and whatever they repair it doesn't last more than two months when he breaks back again I took my car for air conditioner fixed two times and they didn't fix it I took it back and they want to charge me again for the same job what a great people they are I'm not going no more to the mechanic he's not on it not honest , he is a thief, what a pity. read more

Taking my car here was one of the biggest mistakes ever. Car had been dealing with transmission problems since i purchased it and intially felt confident in ralph when i dropped it off. I was very wrong. He has no idea what he is doing and will take your time with your car. Take your car here if u want to get robbed of your time and money. Complete joke. We new we had to have our breaks changed. We showed up on Saturday around opening and they were will to take the car. Told us they would call in an hour with diagnostic results and they did! They then were able to do the work the same day and we had our car back before noon! I have never been able to drop my car off with our an appointment and then get it back fixed the same day anywhere else and they had a very competitive price! It was a great experience and I will recommend them to everybody I know. read more

This is a leak that they charged me $360 to fix but they didn't fix it supposedly it was repair 4 days ago but yet the oil is leaking out pretty bad I sent them videos but they haven't respond save your money and go els will to get the job done right read more

If i could give them zero stars i would. Had a blown gasket in January took to them to be fixed ended up overcharging me for doing half ass work. And have had more problems with the car than i began with when i took it to them. Would not recommend to anybody worst mechanic I've been to read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I paid Pierce auto to provide me with auto service and ended up making it worse. I took my car back to have it repaired again, under the "warranty", but to no avail. I called again within a week and they did not have time to look at my car, but to bring it by in a few days. I ended up taking it somewhere else and had to pay triple, twice to fix the original problem, and extra to fix the screw up the Mechanic did at Pierce auto. If you take your car to Pierce, you will be sorry. Don't let the warranty fool you like it did to me. :( read more

I had a small run-in and popped out my fender liner, and was referred here. The person who talked with me and worked on my car, Josh, was extremely nice and honest. It was such a minor fix-it job that he didn't charge me, even though he used his own clips, and he allowed me the time to make sure the fender liner was secure. Stopped in here last week for a oil change, air filter and smog check. I chose this shop as it's close to home and I could get everything done in one stop. I told the mechanic what I needed and that I would wait as they only had a few cars they were working on. They took my keys, drove my car in the shop and I went inside to wait. I should've left then...BAR where are you? I thought it was a state law that the shop gives you paperwork to sign with an estimate, this shop doesn't bother. Soooo, I watched my car sit on the rack for over an hour. PLEASE...how long does it take to unscrew a drain plug, an oil filter, and fill it with oil? Well the air filter box did have 6 clips to pop, I guess that could take a minute. Luckily, I had phone calls to make as I watched my car sit. Finally, after the smog check I was able to leave a whole 2 HOURS LATER. I drove the few miles home and the first thing my son says is "mom you have a flat tire." Gee thanks guys, I went to the gas station and 15 pounds of air in my front tire, air must be extra at this shop. Long story I know but don't bother going to this place. The cheap oil change places in town do a better and much faster job. Skip the smog check too since its affiliated with the shop. read more

The 1st smog place I went to ( smog busters on magnolia ave in riverside) was a dive. I went there w/ coupon in hand thinking I was getting a good deal on a smog check. If u don't mind grumpy employees and long wait times then that place is for u. So I leave the place and was driving around and found the fellas at pierce auto. It's a family run joint and the guys are friendly. The smog check cost me a little more ($45) than what I was going to pay but I was in and out of the place in 15 minutes. read more

This doesn't allow me to use -10 as a review which is what they really deserve. I have nothing but negative ill feeling at this business. I took my 63 Impala in because the owner told me he could rebuild my 327 engine for $3500. He was also going to fix an exhaust leak. I brought it home and it was leaking oil and overheating. Took it back 6 times and nothing changed. The first time I brought it home and told them it was leaking oil and overheating they sent out a tow truck and wanted me to pay $150 for it. I refused. It's been 16 months now and I've had to pay another $3500 to fix the mess this business made of my car. They had taped wires together and spray painted them. Got over spray on my white car. It had a flat tire when I picked it up. Exhaust is still leaking and so is rear end seal. There's so much more damage that was done.I would NEVER recommend this corrupt company to anyone. read more

I was referred here by a coworker, it's down the street from my office and the mall so it's logistically sound in that regard. If I could give -5 to this place, I would. I took my truck here a while ago and they kept it there for a month. I called and called and they would allways say that they were working on it. Finaly, they called me to tell me that they couldnt fix it, after all that time. Waste of my time!! On top of that when I went to pick up my truck, it had a big dent on it that was not there before. When I told them about it they denied that it happened there. I couldnt do anything about it, since I couldnt proive it. My advice is to take a picture of your vihicles before you go to this place. I hope more people speak up if they had a bad experience at this place. Good luck. read more
