The gentleman helping me didn't seem to understand that I only wanted an oil change. Everything was going fine until they decided to check my cabin air filter on my 2015 Infiniti Q60. Two different employees tried removing it, and no joke, it took them about 30-45 minutes just to get the filter out. Meanwhile, cars were stacking up behind me. To make things worse, Andrew, who I believe was the manager, did not reinstall my glove compartment correctly. Now there is a noticeable gap on the left side that was NEVER there before. When I pointed it out, he basically said it was "probably like that before." I drive this car every single day--I know what my interior looked like before I came in. I came in for an oil change and left with my glove compartment improperly installed. Very disappointed with the service and how the situation was handled. I will not be coming back to this location. I'll take my car to a different Valvoline from now on.

I admit that I bought the lowest priced option because I just wanted a quick wash until I had the time to go to my usual hand-wash place. Even so, I still expected the car to be reasonably clean. This car wash just pretty much rinsed off some of the dirt but still left dozens of little dirt particle streaks all over the hood and trunk lid. The blow drier was weak and left a lot of water droplets on the sides and bumpers of the car as well. Oh, and the machinery bent the hell out of my front license plate. I won't be returning to Super Star.

Not even 20 minutes later, my car was dusty again. We got a free wash coupon after signing up for their text message program, so we decided to give them another try today. Unfortunately, the car still came out dusty and not properly cleaned. I brought it up directly to the manager, and they told me there was nothing they could do because it was a free wash. That response made no sense to me. A promotional wash should still reflect the quality of your business and service. If you're trying to get people to come back and sign up for memberships, the experience should still be good regardless of whether the wash was paid or promotional. Pretty disappointing overall, especially after giving the place a second chance.

My truck was broken down, I couldn't get a decent quote for repairs. I called this shop the owner automatically tried to trouble shoot my car problems over the phone. Napa parts will not excange without receipt. He advised me to call again, told me what to say!! I thought there is no way I tried twice! Nope he was right $338.00 part exchanged!!! Long story short I got there and then another guy told me that they were shortstaffed and they couldn't do my front brakes safely within an hour and 45 minutes. So I left. They weren't rude but seems like a corporate auto center with no one really knew what's going on exactly.

There was something broken in the back and I repaired it but the repair that he had to do he had to remove it so I'm assuming that if you took something apart, that was repaired, you should put it back the way the client had therefore now I have to redo it after paying him $200 for the work done on my car I'm not happy about it. Since I was in a rush to get my car fixed, I accepted the appointment. She then asked if we wanted an oil change as well. We asked how much and she quoted 62 dollars. When we arrived, the man at the counter said they needed to diagnose it themselves (because Auto Zone diagnostic was unreliable) which I could understand, but I feel like he was not very clear and was trying to double talk. And he also said they would probably need it until the next day! The cost was going to be more than I thought was fair ($400) but I was still willing to do it as I needed the car to be fixed right away. When I asked about the oil change as well, he said it would be $120!! I said that is NOT what the outsourced agent said 10 minutes ago on the phone, and he said those agents don't know their pricing!!! The whole thing was just not sitting well with me so I told him forget it! I went home and called the mobile mechanic Auto Zone had recommended who came within an hour, fixed it in 1 1/2 hours, and charged less than half! It was the THERMOSTAT. THANK YOU Auto Zone and Chewy the mobil mechanic!!! Maybe Tire Choice should just stick to tire jobs because those seem to be the only good reviews here!

I brought my Chevy Sonic to the Van Buren Meineke, and they tried to sell me a $62 air filter…read morereplacement I didn't need--the filter only had about 5,000 miles. No photo proof, just an unnecessary upsell. When a shop throws in needless charges, it's hard to trust anything they recommend. I'd suggest being cautious--this place seems more interested in padding the bill than providing honest service. I also had suspension work done on my Toyota Corolla at the same Meineke. They charged $1,600--$600 less than the dealer--but I'm not happy with the outcome. I can clearly hear the suspension, and it doesn't sound right. I thought I was saving money, but now I regret it. This is a reminder that cheaper parts can affect the quality of your car's ride. If you care about your vehicle's performance, it might be worth paying the extra at a dealer. Save your time, money, regret and go to dealer or elsewhere.
