They install another transmission and told me the computer might be bad too but luckily they had a computer around and also swapped it with no extra charge. 3 months passed and weird sound on the engine and thought that it might be the transmission again so I took it back but after they checked it for no chaege, it was just the alternator . The front entrance has a smaller waiting area with movies playing, which made the wait more comfortable. I needed my serpentine belt replaced, and I also had a screw with a broken head that needed to be removed and replaced. I looked up auto centers near by and chose B & J out of the blue. I pulled up and walked into the garage, stated that I think my trucks vacuum to the front hubs was not engaging, Jose came right out to assist and sure enough the vacuum hose was rotten. He took time away from the vehicle he was repairing to repair that air vacuum hose (10 min). It did not fix the problem and he stated that the 4x4 selector switch may be bad and said that Oreily auto may have it. Sure enough they had hit, I went to pick it up. And Jose stated that he could change it out. He did, but again it did not fix the problem. He took my vehicle and raised it on the lift and verified that the T-case was not disengaging and he told me that he could get the T-case to disengage, but I could bring the truck back to conduct further testing. (I want to state that it was almost closing time and he had been working on my vehicle the whole time).
