I needed my serpentine belt replaced, and I also had a screw with a broken head that needed to be removed and replaced. Rene gave me helpful pointers and general maintenance information about the Supra, including what to expect during ownership. He also explained that I would receive pictures from the inspection, which I really appreciated. The inspection cost $250 and took about 2 hours. Afterward, I received both a text and email with the inspection results and recommendations. Rene also shared that he regularly partners with local shops for car inquiries and refers customers to specialists when needed, which showed me that they care about getting people the right help. The front entrance has a smaller waiting area with movies playing, which made the wait more comfortable. One helpful note for first-time visitors: when entering the lot, the main entrance is to the left rather than straight ahead. I accidentally drove toward the back at first, but someone from the smog shop next door kindly redirected me. Overall, the experience was great.
