Beyond getting my car moving in good standing again, Ricky was able to save me a couple thousand on maintenance I was thinking about doing at the dealership..... Kind and made me feel comfortable -Fair quote with inspection -No hidden costs -Knowledgeable and patient (called my brother to check prices and stuff) -great communication and transparent -no need to wait in a waiting room that smells like rubber, no awkward shuttle rides, or Uber rides -car worked great and I felt comfortable driving all the way to mammoth the next morning. -will definitely use again Backstory: I was kind of skeptical about calling a mobile service because of convenience fees and strangers at my house but I had just spent $200 at a shop just for the shop to inspect and the quote was so dumb! I would also need to leave my car overnight and I needed to leave for mammoth the next morning. So I called around and nobody was able to accommodate me same day. Ricky was able to give me a same day quote for the problem the shop found for a couple hundred less than the shop. When he inspected, he found a totally different problem than the shop found and it was way less expensive! So I saved even more! I can't believe he didn't try to add it on and charge more but he said I really did not need anything else fixed. He picked up the part and everything was finished within 4 hours. I was able to wait in the comfort of my own home and he texted me with updates so I didn't have to go outside. So glad I found his ad.
