We were about 1 mile south of Gorman when our front left tire popped and got a flat. We were on the right side of the road with semi trucks flying by us, so close. After realizing our insurance wasn't able to send someone out FROM BAKERSFIELD until 90 mins later, my husband decided to give AZ Towing a call. Joel was out to see us within 20 mins. Patient and supportive, he quoted us a price to change the tire over the phone but, once seeing how dangerous it was to do that where we were stranded (and could get hit by a semi), he decided to keep that quote and tow us into Gorman. He took us to a tire shop in town. He was a Godsend and very professional and friendly. He made our lives easier and my stress considerably less! Thank you, Joel, for all of your help!!!
