The other day we had to pick up our car from impound, I want to say the owners, the workers were by far the most amazing and humble people I've ever met. The owner for starters was super attentive and helped us with anything we needed. She gave us wonderful advice and even gave us a good deal to get our car sent to our home since it wasn't starting. Eduardo was actually the one that picked up the car that morning and then helped us bring it home lol. He was very down to earth and helped us with everything we needed, even jumpstarted the car. SAN JACINTO had car trouble called my AAA this company was assigned to us. So as I stated they were sent out by my AAA Roadside Service, from start to finish My AAA representative was quick to assign this ABOVE OUTSTANDING COMPANY to me, My Driver/Tech name was Jose he called as soon as I hung up from my AAA Rep, gave his name went over all details, regarding my tow. I was given an ETA by my AAA Rep of 11 mins tops, yet Jose called me, and said after going over all details from my AAA Service folks, that he was by then 8 mins out we spoke about 1 1/2 minutes over the phone enroute to us, then before he hung up I addressed me by my Name, and said he was then 6 mins out, he ARRIVED promptly and got to work, hook the car up and got it where it needed to go, afterwards I was soooo overwhelmed with greatness he gave us, I myself asked him for a form or survey I can cancel to his company. And he shared with me they will send it out with a link, and I'll do it on that link. Again KUDOS to this professional young man from start to finish, we were very pleased with his service to the fullest ABOVE EXCELLENT/OUTSTANDING service. These guys will leave you stranded. Its all in the name Desert Towing, its not for Desert as geographically, but de-sert as in they will leave you stranded there. For two days we were stranded, (we have AAA) Apparently this is the main towing company in town and this is who we kept being sent to. We broke down on a Saturday, they were scheduled to pick up our car. After waiting an hour this guy calls and tells me all his drivers will be off soon and to call back in the morning... umm i thought towing was 24 hours?? We call back in the morning, teo hours later they call and say they can tow us with another car. They finally come out and the driver isnt able to tow us. So we wait and wait and wait... We gave up on them after about 6-7 hours of waiting and finally got a real company to tow us home. Dont use them, theyll just leave you de-sert-ed. read more

Every parent's nightmare happened today. My child was involved in an accident and instead of a tow needed a recovery for the vehicle. The car was totaled and in a soft sand wash. Jorge and Luis Armas were incredibly helpful in explaining their process to remove the car from the location where it landed. They made sure everyone was ok before they began their recovery process. To be completely honest, I was not sure if they could even get the car out. They succeeded and delivered it to my house. I was helping a friend pack up for a move in Hemet. On my way home I stopped in San Jacinto at the Starbucks. My truck started acting up and had a noise that made my gas engine sound like a dying diesel. It was Sunday, Memorial Day weekend and 12:45PM and I'm 85 miles from home in Westminster. I know you don't usually hear always positive things about tow companies (which isn't fair as they work day and night to help us) but all I can say about Desert Towing is they were AWESOME in our time of need and not only that, our driver Austin, instead of just towing us for full price actually figured out that a jumpstart would work (for half the money) and jumped it!! These low life's towed my car from an accident in Hemet on a Saturday evening. We had them release vehicle to Gosch Ford first thing Monday morning. When even stopped at Desert towing and we were told our car was on the way to Gosch Ford. When we arrived at Gosch they told us our car was just dropped off and it was parked in the back. It was definitely totalled. We asked if we could get all of our belongings, and we were told yes, of course. When we walked up to the car, I noticed right away that my tire valve stem caps were missing. Yes, they are only a $10 item, but they were a special gift to me by my deceased father. It's a sentimental thing for me. We called AAA and they were very nice and compassionate about the situation. Its just a shame that someone would stoop that low.
