I will not rate this place. Every time we have brought a vehicle there. It has to be fix somewhere else because they do not listen and fix what they want. They tell us if we have any problems bring it back and they will see what is wrong. When in fact they will charge you again to see what the problem is. Took my vehicle in for an alignment and the technician didn't do it correctly. Went back and then all the sudden I was told I needed new parts for my vehicle. The business clearly not knowing that I just had my vehicle serviced and parts replaced I took my vehicle to my mechanic and of course nothing was wrong with my car. Not only did they not do my alignment they lied about me needing parts replaced. Horrible place definitely not recommended!!!!! read more

I moved to the area about three years ago, since then I've been looking for a good mechanic. I've had bad experiences with poor work on cars before that are not worth mentioning. I took my Ford F-150 to Juan's automotive, it was making a noise like grinding metal every time I would turn. Juan check it out, took it apart to see what was wrong with it while I waited in the lobby. He kindly invite in to his shop and showed me what was wrong with my truck, he showed me how things work and made the best recommendations for my truck. My truck is running great. I was very impressed with his shop, when he invited me in I noticed that I is very clean and very well equipped. I think of this business as very legit and their staff as very professional. Took my husbands car to get aligned and they parked his car in front of the shop after it was done with the window rolled down and unlocked!

Came in for a broken control arm on my BMW at about 4:30pm despite their closing at 5pm. They took me in regardless and even stayed after closing to make sure I was able to drive my car out. Brought in my own parts (even though wrong) and still accommodated me. Even called to bring me an alternative part. Very profession and sensible at the same time. Afterwards we discussed future potential problems as a "heads-up" instead of haggling me for additional services. DEFINITELY will come back for all my service needs. read more

From my recent experience with Juan's Automotive, I've been impressed. I don't know what other reviewers dos to their cars, what I do know is that if your car lacks maintenance for a long time then try to fix it, most likely it'll break down because it was never maintained. Just like sick people, you think they get better but relapse into a worse condition than before. Anywho, my dad took his '04 Ford Freestar because of several computer codes that came out bad on a diagnostic someplace else. We gave Juan the diagnostic and performed a tune up with new spark plugs, cables and coil. We picked up the car and were given the old pieces which looked very bad and was causing engine misfire. Juan took the minivan for a test drive also, twice, to ensure his work did well. Now my dad's car runs smooth as new. I've been with other mechanics (non licensed/trained) but this guy knows. His daughter assisted us with our repair order and herself is very knowledgable. I'm a very customer service centric guy. When an employee teaches me about a matter I don't know, I'm blown away. I was blown away with these guys. Pricing is fair and work is guaranteed for 90 days. No problem thus far. Thanks guys! read more

Juan is a decent mechanic. I brought my ford ranger in because the thing was running bad and with only 4 cylinders that is serious. It couldn't get out of its own way. Juan let his nephew or cousin work on it. When I got it back it still ran bad after $800 worth of work. I had Juan drive it and he said they all run like that and there was nothing to fix. After a while I decided I needed to find out what was wrong. I did a compression test and found low compression on the number 2 cylinder. My neighbor and I removed the head to see exactly what was bad. We discovered that the piston was broken and had seriously destroyed the cylinder wall. The motor had to be replaced. Actually when I told Juan I wasn't satisfied and that I wanted him to find the problem, he said sure but that he would charge me another $300 in addition to the original $800 to diagnose the problem. Just an update on what ended up happening... I was a senior in high school at the time and had just spent a ton of money on small repairs because the car was used and recently bought. Because of Juan's negligence, my timing belt was tightened too much when he "put it back on track" and that's what caused it to snap. (Confirmed by a more reliable mechanic that looked at it afterward.) I called Juan to discuss what happened and he refused to be an honest business owner and admit his faults. Since I was still in high school, I didn't have the money to re-build an engine, so I had no other option than to junk the car and buy something cheaper. Great shop. I came in with my 69 skylark and was having major issues with the car stumbling,stalling, and shutting off. I was in fear I blew a head gasket after some self troubleshooting and symptoms. Anyways they ran a complete diagnostic from compression test and beyond on my car and addressed other issues I was having such as my lack of stopping power. In the end to my relief it was burnt spark plugs causing the stumble and they explained to me that the plugs even though they were of higher performance were the wrong ones for my car. They replaced the plugs and wires with the right ones and installed a vacuum canister to compensate for the loss of vacuum due to my cam. While In the shop i saw what the shop was capable of. They had a Nova with upgraded steering and suspension, disc brake conversion etc. They had also finished swapping an LS motor into a truck. This is a reliable shop capable of handling anything. read more

this is the worst place to take your car!!!! dont ever bring ur car here! they supposedly fixed my moms car she paid almost 1,000$ and the car came out worse !!!!!!! she went back the next day and told him and he asked for the receipt which he never gave her. so he didnt want to fix it. a bunch of b.s. and on my dads car as well how does a business not keep any record of the cars they fix even hours after he worked on it. never ever again will we take any cars to this place !!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Don't trust this guy, I spent $850 to get my air conditioning fixed and 2 weeks later it went out, I was busy so I couldn't take it back right away so it was about 1 month later since it was fixed I took it back, Juan would not fix the air, he wanted to charge me another $300 to replace the hose and Freon after he had already fixed it, claiming it was a new leak, I am disabled and very rarely use my car, I drove it maybe 3 times since he first fixed it and now its got another leak that's my fault, what a bunch of crap, If I were you I would not go to this guy for anything, he does not stand by his work! read more

Just had some service done to my wife's Ford Explorer today on Cinco de Mayo and all I can say is excellent service very fast very convenient very knowledgeable I would definitely recommend to go here they do know what they're doing they don't try to jip you and overcharge you like most other mechanic and auto shops in the area got a lot done to my wife's vehicle in a short amount of time for an excellent price even though it may seem a little pricey but it needed to get done and I really appreciate the customer service special shout-out to Gasper and his father who own the business they've been working there for a very long time and do know what they're doing again definitely recommend going there for a simple oil change what I do like about their expertise is that they definitely give you options and not only that multiple choices on how to get the job done right and back on the road but they also give you a heads up on what needs to get done in the future and you can do it right then and there or schedule another appointment great service thanks a million guys. read more
