He diagnosed some rear end "anomalies" I guess we will call them. He got the proper parts from top notch performance suppliers, did way more than I had ever even known was needed. And get this all the work was done by Kelly and his crew perfectly and with the touch of a surgeon. He stored my beautiful hot rod indoors and never once so much as grumbled while keeping it until I was able to make it down from Idyllwild to pick up my ride. No price gouge, no nonsense, just good old fashioned customer service, the way it should be. I own Four vehicles that are each a work of art, at least to me anyway. Update 09/19/2026…read more UPDATE -- September 19, 2026 Well, here we are again. The engine that Frank's Auto Repair installed in my 2011 Hyundai Sonata in March 2025 was BAD. That replacement motor didn't even make it a year and a half before I started having major issues with it. After everything I went through getting the original engine replaced under warranty, the back-and-forth with the warranty company, being told the warranty was initially denied, and ultimately having to pay another $500 out of my own pocket, I expected the replacement engine to actually last. It didn't. I was initially willing to give Frank's Auto Repair the benefit of the doubt, but at this point, I can't ignore it. I trusted this shop to replace my engine correctly. What makes this even more frustrating is that when the first engine failed, there was already a warranty issue and a fight just to get it taken care of. Now the replacement engine failed as well. Two engines. One vehicle. I'm extremely disappointed with the entire experience. I gave Frank's Auto Repair the opportunity to make things right, and unfortunately, it didn't happen. At this point, I can only speak from my own experience -- and my experience with Frank's Auto Repair has been extremely disappointing. Do not go here go somewhere else!

Not only did they fix the problem with my AC system, they got it done all on the same day. The technician gave me the full scoop on what was needed to repair the vehicles AC system, he gave me a parts list, and how much it was going to cost for the labor. I opted in and everything began. The repairs took a few hours, but I was glad they were able to get it done in one day. They were fair, honest, and reliable. So far my trucks AC system continues to blow cold, and I have not had any issues since the repairs. The entire staff is really nice and outgoing, they made the entire transaction satisfying and easy. I will continue to take my vehicle to this shop whenever the need arises for any future repairs. I do recommend this automobile repair shop. Thank you guys for making my vehicle work once again! This is my second experience with Autohaus Bavaria, and once again they exceeded my expectations…read more Last year, I brought my car in for a no crank, no start issue. They quickly diagnosed it as a faulty starter and replaced it. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I haven't had a single issue since. From start to finish, the experience was unbeatable. This time, I brought my car in for a clunking noise from the suspension, a significant oil leak, and an issue with the passenger automatic seat not working properly. They diagnosed everything accurately and honestly. The clunking turned out to be a loose bolt on the sway bar, and they tightened it without charging me. The oil leak was addressed properly and thoroughly. The best part was the seat repair. They fixed it without charging me because no parts needed to be replaced. That level of honesty is rare and truly appreciated. The quality of work is consistently high, and the turnaround time is hard to beat. During my first visit, Paul assisted me and provided excellent customer service. This time, Joel helped me and was just as professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Both experiences left me feeling confident and well taken care of. It is not easy finding mechanics who are straightforward about what is actually needed and who do not try to upsell unnecessary repairs. I truly trust this shop and now have a place I feel completely comfortable bringing my car for anything. I will absolutely be returning for regular maintenance. Highly recommend Autohaus Bavaria.

They gave me the vehicle back and it couldn't even go over 35 mph. After I took it to the dealership because these guys said they couldn't fix what they had broken.
