Sure enough no more than 10 mins he was there. (I have waited hours before for something even simpler , and always felt like it was an inconvenience) Louis though made sure the service he was called for not only came first but also he made sure my safety was above all else . As soon as he got there he looked and asked some questions . I have never been in an accident like this and without even asking he gave me his best knowledge and advice what the best option would be, but also never felt like he was out for money or looking to scam. He was truthful and honest. Transparent and caring. Professional and focused. And He went out of his way to make sure i made it home . Honestly tonight sucked. But it was a blessing to have Louis called out for my tow.

My son who is sixteen has his own car, we are very blessed to say the least. He has daily football practice, but the one last night was later and colder than usual, so you can imagine he's tired and cold at this point. So he unlocks the trunk, but not the actual car. So here we are, keys locked in the trunk and no spare set. This is a newer vehicle, so it's was a major pain in the you know what to get open. My husband called and they were at the high school within minutes. They got my son in his vehicle in no time. Which means a lot, our boys are our everything. Thank you Towing Solutions for helping our family when we were in need, definitely a comfort in knowing you got our backs!! Thank you, The Petrick Family

I have needed Steve's and accessed them through AAA multiple times. I have NEVER been dissatisfied with the service, timely response and/or technician knowledge or care. Most recently I lost my key and the locksmith wanted $500 to help me and I felt him rude and unhelpful.n Fortunately, Gabriel with Steve's rescued me. Gabriel showed up in a VERY timely response time, especially for a holiday! My car and I were transported to my home where I was able to recover my xtra key. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Steve's Towing, specifically with their front…read moreoffice staff. From the very beginning, we were treated with condescension, arrogance, and a complete lack of professionalism for absolutely no reason. The staff seemed irrationally upset that the vehicle they towed did not have full coverage insurance--as if that had any impact on them whatsoever. Instead of simply assisting us with releasing our vehicle, they chose to be rude and dismissive throughout the entire interaction. After multiple calls, we found a collision repair shop ourselves and provided Steve's Towing with the exact address to have the car transferred. Despite giving all necessary information for the repair shop, when we arrived in person, the situation only escalated. An older blonde woman at the front window told us that our "insurance company was rude" and that they were "done working with us." This made absolutely no sense, especially considering that they never needed to communicate with our insurance at any point--we were paying out of pocket. At no point did we ever behave in a rude, disrespectful, or inappropriate manner toward the staff. Despite this, they chose to treat us without the basic courtesy, dignity, and respect that all human beings deserve. What was most disturbing was the underlying, yet very noticeable, prejudice in how we were treated. It was completely unacceptable, uncalled for, and frankly abhorrent. No customer should ever be made to feel this way. I strongly advise anyone who cares about the moral and ethical behavior of the companies they do business with--not to give their business to Steve's Towing.
