let me tell you what what did jj towing company did and how (rude and nasity ) they are. my family have just move in to our new home and home have hoa. i have spending all day moving my stuff to my new house busy with all the boxes and i didn't realize this towing company came by and towing my car away within 2 hours of parking in the front of my house. i have never got any parking ticket but they decided to towing my car away anyway. so i call my hoa and they tell me to call them so i did. i pay to get my car out and email my hoa that it have been a mistake the this towing company just tow my car without giving any tickets. they didn't reply my after 2 months later. they told me to call jj towing company to get my refund back. oh boy me tell you the way they response to me is do rude and disgusting they refuse to talk me and saying the my hoa have never contacted them, refuse to listen to me throwing the worst attitude on the phone without trying to help fixing this situation and then this person just hang up on me! wtf? so it okay to have them towing your car, and pay to get your car out but it is not ok the get your money back because they making a mistake? they are straight up robbing you. if you are have the same experience like me, you would know how i feel. f... this place read more

My girlfriend's tire blew out and I called them if they could tow it 7 miles away to american tires and they first said 65 and then since we paid with card it was 70 didn't even park it nicely dropped it off in the middle of the american tires workplace worst service ever employee was rude won't use again. read more

Two days ago I received a violation notice from the city of Perris to remove 3 apparently abandoned RV/trailers from vacant land I own. The notice threatened me with administrative or criminal complaint if I did not comply. I called J&J Towing and Chris has now removed two of the vehicles and helped the owner, who showed up at the property, get the third one up and running so it could be driven away saving me the cost of towing the third vehicle.
