I was so impressed with my overall experience that I had to take the time to write a review. I needed a tow after hours, and the gentleman in the office, along with Michelle, were absolutely amazing--kind, patient, and friendly throughout the entire process. In situations like this, customer service truly matters, and they exceeded my expectations. I've dealt with other towing companies in the past, and none have come close to the level of service and efficiency I received from Interstate Towing. A big thank you to the entire team--and especially to Michelle! read more

Called AAA and Jonte from Interstate Towing came to pick up my car. He was so friendly and kind. Not only did he tow my car home but he helped me transfer cases of water from the car. He also made sure my car was securely parked and it was a struggle since it is an electric car that would not start. However, he made it happen! Interstate Towing, you have a gem of an employee! Thank you, Jontae! read more

They are the worst. They deserve negative stars. I needed my car towed. I have AAA which is free towing. The driver said with AAA we will hold it for free for 24 hours at our yard & then tow it to whatever shop you'd like. Sounds great right? NO!! They lied & held my car hostage for a week, wouldn't let my insurance take the car till I paid them almost $1200. If you're in the in the riverside area & this company comes to tow your car, NEVER trust them & take it to your house or shop right away. I made a costly mistake by trusting them. read more

I woke up to a dead battery and AAA sent out interstate towing. The technician sold me a battery and installed it, 2 hours later the check engine light came on. Took it to the dealer, they asked if anyone had worked on the car. I told them about the battery replacement and they informed me that the technician who had installed the new battery failed to plug back in the air charge sensor. That cost me 250.00. I filed a claim interstate said that the technician never touched the sensor and refused to cover the cost. So I am out 250.00 because the technician failed to do his job properly. Good luck with this company. read more

Great company, eta said an hour out, they came within 10 minutes by the time I called triple A. Michelle had great customer service, and was willing to help. Definitely a great company with good customer service skills read more

If I could give zero stars--or even negative stars--I would. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying away from this company. I waited over 7 hours, only to be treated with complete disrespect. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and aggressive in how they spoke to me. Their tone and behavior were intimidating and confrontational, resembling the way criminals speak and act rather than professionals. At times, their behavior felt threatening instead of service-oriented. Instead of trying to resolve the situation calmly, they escalated it and acted hostile. This was the worst experiences I've ever had. Save yourself the time, stress, and frustration, and go somewhere else. read more

Great customer service! Had to call for a better eta (AAA was saying an hour) and the gentleman on the phone was very nice and said it would only be about 10-15 minutes. Quick response time. read more

Asad was polite, respectful and professional. Of course having to get towed is not anyone's favorite thing ever, it does make a difference when its a pleasant professional. The technician that helped me (Asad) represents the company and that says a lot. I appreciate the help that was provided and without hesitation recommend this company. Thank you. read more

Been waiting for over an hour and when called to get a status we got on the phone with the rudest a hole. Giving us a hard time and hung up on us and canceled the service, saying we no longer needed the service. We called about 15 times and no answer. And now we are stranded still. It's now 2 hours into us being stuck and no help from this business. I wouldn't t recommend anyone to use this company. read more

I had received two tows from interstate towing and had great help and insight given from their driver Ezra and Javier. Great people quick safe service! read more

i requested towing through triple A and the response time was way shorter than i was told. Ahmad was so helpful and skillful when putting my 99 f150 onto the flatbed. when we got to my destination he even assisted in putting my truck exactly where it needed to go and made sure it wasnt in the way of any of my neighbors. he went above and beyond! thank you Ahmad! read more

I was driving up van buren and one of there drivers starts tail gating the hell outta me, flashing his lights and all that, cutting up in traffic, going like 80 in a 45. Really some dumb driving, very irresponsible and for nothing too. Wouldn't ever trust them towing nothing read more

His name is Javier and he's the reason my car started working again. I was stuck in a parking lot, freaking out because I couldn't turn on my car. I called triple A, they sent interstate towing and Javier fixed my car on the spot. Somebody better give this man a raise! read more

Quick and painless. Was quoted a time and cost and both were accurate. Thanks for an easy tow. read more

Interstate Towing - M5 getting towed - Towing Near Me - Riverside, California

During an incredibly frustrating time, the driver provided excellent customer service.

Ruben was great! Thank you for amazing service. I would definitely use Interstate again if I ever need a tow in Riverside area.

Today, we were towed by wonderful Napoleon (Nappy) and the experience was great all throughout. Fast service and Nappy was professional and accomodating. (I needed a pitstop.) I have a AAA classic membership and, based on what Nappy shared, I will upgrade to the highest level. Thank you! D & M (Go 49ers!) read more

Nicholi went above and beyond to help me out yesterday! He was there within 30 minutes of the call and was extremely helpful throughout my entire experience read more

ahmad sofan was a life saver right now, he got to the spot very fast and got the car up on the truck in only a couple of minutes. Once we got back to my house he reversed the car into the drive way and even helped me get my key out that was stuck. great guy read more

I wish I could give this company negative stars... I am a AAA member and they were dispatched out. Mind you these calls are for my son stuck on the side of the freeway. The first tow truck said he was dispatched for battery service not a towing service mind you he's in a full tow truck and all he had to do was notify his company to notify AAA that the service needed to be changed... 2nd call went out tow truck diver came out and told my son the freeway was closed and he could not tow him where he needed to go but he could tow him somewhere else.... What kind of sense does that even make. Then he the tow truck drive said we refused service... how do you refuse something that not offering what you need... Mind you it is now 830 am and we have been dealing with this since 11pm.. I then called I called interstate to speak with a manger and or supervisor by the name of Andrew (maybe) because he was hesitant to give me his name... I explained to him what happened he proceeded to tell me he has no record of the first call, I explained I'm not sure how that's so because we have call from your company. He found the 2nd call and tells me I need to call AAA I tell him I already did that. At this point I get frustrated and raise my voice and but it's your drivers that left my son stranded for hours.. Because this man could not handle a little frustrated mother mildly raising my voice he hung up on me... I called back and he continued to hang up.. This company is unreliable, has incompetent worker starting from Mangement to drivers... please understand that word of mouth works wonders. I will never use them not even through AAA, I will and have already started telling my friends and family not to use this company..... Andrew I don't know if you have kids but if you do and your child was stranded for over 8 hours you would be frustrated as well.. read more

Yesterday I had a flat tire in the parking lot of my dentist office. I called AAA they said interstate towing would come and help me. It was a Saturday hot afternoon. The man came in a timely manner was professional clean and helpful . I was from out of the area. So he told me where I could get a new tire and gave me simple instructions and also showed me on my phone maps. Thank you Interstate towing and the dispatcher was excellent too , you guys are awesome, please stay safe on the road. read more

Asahd 10/10! Arrived less than 5 mins and jumped my battery hella quick! King of the IE! #chargedup #theelectricwizard

Had a flat tire, called AAA and Interstate Towing showed up 15 minutes before ETA. They towed my car within minutes to the auto shop. These guys are fast, efficient, and great customer service read more

Very prompt and professional. My ford broke down and I needed a tow to mechanic and interstate towing with AAA showed up quickly and got me towed safely to the shop. Thanks again you guys rock! Will use again if I ever need a tow again. read more

Update to my first review. I called AAA to file a claim against Interstate. Not only is Interstate trying to say I called them for money which is slander but the driver is saying that I "hit something which caused the damage and that's why she needed a tow." The tire company told me that my tire popped from a rock by the way. I have videos and many photos of him damaging and trying to force my car off the truck and they're trying to lie about it. read more

Today one of your drivers was driving recklessly on a school zone, while children were coming out of the school. He was driving in excessive speed and no care whatsoever on safety. I was so upset when I saw him speeding against traffic endangering himself and others. Very disappointed and I hope there's some accountability. read more

We had our car broke down on freeway without hazards and it was categorized as an emergency. He showed up and when we wanted the car towed from Riverside to Pomona he said he had another call and would be back. But then we said ours was an emergency as well and he was already ready to tow car but I think he did t want to take it out to Pomona. So we said can you take it to place in Riverside and he said okay. We pay for the 100 miles with Triple AAA but you don't get that service. read more

I'm so grateful to have a new car now, but prior to that, I was getting a tow almost every other week! It was ridiculous. I am a triple A member, so I was stranded off McKinley in Riverside (RIGHT OFF THE FREEWAY, blocking everyone of course) and it was one of those horrible situations were everything does in the car... including the hazard lights. so I called triple A and they sent Interstate towing. I was so grateful that they got there within 20 minutes even with heavy traffic around. The guy was supper helpful, and was concerned about my safety first, and then the car. He made recommendations on shops and what he recommended I should ask to have checked at the mechanic as well. (which is very helpful!) Thank you so much interstate towing, I hope I don't need a tow anytime soon... but if I do, I'm using you guys! read more

I want to recommend Specifically the gentleman Bruce who arrived at the location in DT Riverside where I had a flat tire. My AAA dispatched 2nd company because the first one ( Liberty towing) didn't complete the job to change tire and said I should tow my car. So arrived 2nd dispatch Bruce who instead of towing had the correct tools and changed my tire PLUS recommended a nearby tire place to get affordable new tires! He also advised I get new lug nuts I can purchase any auto parts store cuz the ones I had were worn out. Best service thanks to Bruce- ask for him ! read more

We experienced a hit and run on the 91 freeway that disabled our car. CHP called for our AAA tow and Interstate arrived. When the driver asked where we wanted the car towed too, we opted for their nearest yard until we could contact our insurance. Our insurance did not cover for hit and run, so we attempted to get our car out the next day to reduce any further storage fees. We were charged a $375.00 tow fee and $55.00 storage fee ?? We asked why there was a tow fee since this was a AAA covered tow. Interstate said the AAA was cancelled when they towed to their lot. There was no notification or paperwork prior to the tow stating this was changed and they refused to give the car until the bill was paid. They would not take a credit card and requested cash only ?? This is a shady business to prey upon people at a time of Covid. When we called the following day to speak with the owner, we were told their driver errored and they will talk with him for not notifying us properly, but refused to refund any of the fees !! Yeah this isn't done yet. Go with a reputable company. read more

We just had the worst experience today with this company! They were rude and completely inept! They contract with AAA so they probably think they can do whatever they want and still get paid! We will be calling AAA and reporting this business! Sad, we always want to patronize local business. Not this one! read more

DO NOT use this company! They sent a tow truck driver who was highly inappropriate & unprofessional. Sexually inappropriate to myself and in front of my special needs daughter. Strong armed us to fork over extra money. I was so creeped out that I just wanted to get away. The guy even joked and bragged about how buddy-buddy he is with the owner and can do whatever he wants. read more

great experience with interstate towing! really helped me out tonight! fast service, friendly, professional. thank you interstate!

Felt like I was being scammed. I called AAA due to my truck smoking. Interstate called and let me know it would be 1-1.5 hours. Andrew arrived and said AAA wouldn't cover it because it was a commercial truck. I informed him that I use it for both personal and work and it has my name all over it and that AAA covered the tow 2 months prior as well as my husband's truck (same situation) earlier that year. He said AAA wouldn't cover it but if I wanted to pay him directly, then he can tow it. He said it would be a couple hundred dollars otherwise I can call AAA to confirm. I asked him if he could wait and he said "No, I have other calls" and promptly got into his truck and left. I called AAA and they said that they make an exception for our vehicles because the trucks are in our name and the name on the trucks matches ours. AAA mentioned that they contacted the driver and he said he wasn't comfortable driving it because of the equipment on the back. I informed them that that's not true since he actually offered to tow it but only if I agreed to pay the couple hundred out of pocket directly to him. He came with the same type of truck that was used to tow the truck previously and I've never had an issues with our equipment since it's secured to the truck. The whole situation was very shady and I don't recommend them. read more

Horrible service! Said the could tow me, I was stranded. Driver arrived and couldn't tow.

Horriable customer service. Called AAA at 9:06pm for a tow and interstate got the call. They called me within 20 mins and said 30 mins and a driver would be out. At 11:56pm I called to check what was happening as we had a new born in the vehicle and they said the driver got sent to another call instead. I expressed to dispatch that why wasn't that communicated to me but in the middle of me talking he tried to over talk me and then got upset when I asked him to let me finish speaking. He then hung up on me and cancelled the call. We had to start all over with the AAA call. Interstate towing dispatch need some training. If zero stars was a thing they would of received that. read more

This place is a true scam! Scammers of all! They tell people they are triple A and having you believe that they are AAA but they are not. Let me tell you the story... my son got into his first car accident and as he was waiting for the cops to come a truck that says AAA on it pulled up and asked for his AAA card. My son didn't think twice because the guy said I'm with Triple A and he had a shirt on that had AAA on it. The truck also says AAA on it as well. My son gave him his card and they took his card to the truck acted like they were typing in something on some fake computer and came back and said your card isn't working.... So we can tow you home for $400 or tow you to Triple AAA holding. You can have your insurance get the car out and u won't pay nothing. The cop came and did. Not knowing the agreement this guy made with my son so he just took some info and left. They took my sons car and took it to their impound and charged $275 an hour. After I heard the news I rushed down to the location and I called The real Triple A and they said my sons account was fine and that this company did not run anything through the system. This company is contracted independently but they are not supposed to tell anyone they are Triple A! I explained that to the front desk guy who was very nice he said just get your money back through the insurance. My insurance said they have nothing to do with towing. They gave us an impound bill for... $670 . I googled the company and I found out they have scammed so many other people by saying they are Triple A . Unfortunately my son trusts everyone and he did not call to double check until it was to late. I have spoke with AAA and they did a Claim out and they said they might be able to reimburse me. Might? Smh. They also said that this company should not be able to have the logo on their truck or clothing it can confuse people especially for young kids that are panicking in that moment. Please tell everyone to be aware of this company and other fake tow truck companies when you are on the side of the road. Your best bet is to call AAA and have them send their people and confirm it don't trust these guys out there that claim they are AAA. They ain't nothing but Scammers! read more
