amazing customer service! over and beyond! i broke down on the 15 south before cantu-galleano! chp rescued me! there was no exit near me, aaa kept ne waiting becuase we needed a special type of towing truck. i had to call aaa again, interstate had to take extra steps to tow my car and after being so discouraged they made it better by staying in contact with me. from the owner i believe or he was the mgr, to the driver! they knew my car well.... i hope if i ever need towing again... i hope aaa calls them to rescue me! read more

They are the worst. They deserve negative stars. I needed my car towed. I have AAA which is free towing. The driver said with AAA we will hold it for free for 24 hours at our yard & then tow it to whatever shop you'd like. Sounds great right? NO!! They lied & held my car hostage for a week, wouldn't let my insurance take the car till I paid them almost $1200. If I could give zero stars--or even negative stars--I would. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying away from this company. I waited over 7 hours, only to be treated with complete disrespect. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and aggressive in how they spoke to me. Their tone and behavior were intimidating and confrontational, resembling the way criminals speak and act rather than professionals. At times, their behavior felt threatening instead of service-oriented. Instead of trying to resolve the situation calmly, they escalated it and acted hostile. I wish I could give this company negative stars... I am a AAA member and they were dispatched out. Mind you these calls are for my son stuck on the side of the freeway. The first tow truck said he was dispatched for battery service not a towing service mind you he's in a full tow truck and all he had to do was notify his company to notify AAA that the service needed to be changed... 2nd call went out tow truck diver came out and told my son the freeway was closed and he could not tow him where he needed to go but he could tow him somewhere else.... What kind of sense does that even make. Then he the tow truck drive said we refused service... how do you refuse something that not offering what you need... Mind you it is now 830 am and we have been dealing with this since 11pm.. I then called I called interstate to speak with a manger and or supervisor by the name of Andrew (maybe) because he was hesitant to give me his name... I explained to him what happened he proceeded to tell me he has no record of the first call, I explained I'm not sure how that's so because we have call from your company. He found the 2nd call and tells me I need to call AAA I tell him I already did that. At this point I get frustrated and raise my voice and but it's your drivers that left my son stranded for hours.. Because this man could not handle a little frustrated mother mildly raising my voice he hung up on me... I called back and he continued to hang up.. This company is unreliable, has incompetent worker starting from Mangement to drivers... please understand that word of mouth works wonders. Yesterday I had a flat tire in the parking lot of my dentist office. I called AAA they said interstate towing would come and help me. It was a Saturday hot afternoon. The man came in a timely manner was professional clean and helpful . I was from out of the area. So he told me where I could get a new tire and gave me simple instructions and also showed me on my phone maps. We had our car broke down on freeway without hazards and it was categorized as an emergency. He showed up and when we wanted the car towed from Riverside to Pomona he said he had another call and would be back. But then we said ours was an emergency as well and he was already ready to tow car but I think he did t want to take it out to Pomona. So we said can you take it to place in Riverside and he said okay. We pay for the 100 miles with Triple AAA but you don't get that service. read more

Update to my first review. I called AAA to file a claim against Interstate. Not only is Interstate trying to say I called them for money which is slander but the driver is saying that I "hit something which caused the damage and that's why she needed a tow." The tire company told me that my tire popped from a rock by the way. I have videos and many photos of him damaging and trying to force my car off the truck and they're trying to lie about it. read more

I want to recommend Specifically the gentleman Bruce who arrived at the location in DT Riverside where I had a flat tire. My AAA dispatched 2nd company because the first one ( Liberty towing) didn't complete the job to change tire and said I should tow my car. So arrived 2nd dispatch Bruce who instead of towing had the correct tools and changed my tire PLUS recommended a nearby tire place to get affordable new tires! He also advised I get new lug nuts I can purchase any auto parts store cuz the ones I had were worn out. Best service thanks to Bruce- ask for him ! read more

I'm so grateful to have a new car now, but prior to that, I was getting a tow almost every other week! It was ridiculous. I am a triple A member, so I was stranded off McKinley in Riverside (RIGHT OFF THE FREEWAY, blocking everyone of course) and it was one of those horrible situations were everything does in the car... including the hazard lights. so I called triple A and they sent Interstate towing. I was so grateful that they got there within 20 minutes even with heavy traffic around. The guy was supper helpful, and was concerned about my safety first, and then the car. He made recommendations on shops and what he recommended I should ask to have checked at the mechanic as well. (which is very helpful!) We experienced a hit and run on the 91 freeway that disabled our car. CHP called for our AAA tow and Interstate arrived. When the driver asked where we wanted the car towed too, we opted for their nearest yard until we could contact our insurance. Our insurance did not cover for hit and run, so we attempted to get our car out the next day to reduce any further storage fees. We were charged a $375.00 tow fee and $55.00 storage fee ?? We asked why there was a tow fee since this was a AAA covered tow. Interstate said the AAA was cancelled when they towed to their lot. There was no notification or paperwork prior to the tow stating this was changed and they refused to give the car until the bill was paid. They would not take a credit card and requested cash only ?? This is a shady business to prey upon people at a time of Covid. When we called the following day to speak with the owner, we were told their driver errored and they will talk with him for not notifying us properly, but refused to refund any of the fees !! Yeah this isn't done yet. Go with a reputable company. read more

Felt like I was being scammed. I called AAA due to my truck smoking. Interstate called and let me know it would be 1-1.5 hours. Andrew arrived and said AAA wouldn't cover it because it was a commercial truck. I informed him that I use it for both personal and work and it has my name all over it and that AAA covered the tow 2 months prior as well as my husband's truck (same situation) earlier that year. He said AAA wouldn't cover it but if I wanted to pay him directly, then he can tow it. He said it would be a couple hundred dollars otherwise I can call AAA to confirm. I asked him if he could wait and he said "No, I have other calls" and promptly got into his truck and left. I called AAA and they said that they make an exception for our vehicles because the trucks are in our name and the name on the trucks matches ours. AAA mentioned that they contacted the driver and he said he wasn't comfortable driving it because of the equipment on the back. I informed them that that's not true since he actually offered to tow it but only if I agreed to pay the couple hundred out of pocket directly to him. He came with the same type of truck that was used to tow the truck previously and I've never had an issues with our equipment since it's secured to the truck. The whole situation was very shady and I don't recommend them. read more

DO NOT use this company! They sent a tow truck driver who was highly inappropriate & unprofessional. Sexually inappropriate to myself and in front of my special needs daughter. This place is a true scam! Scammers of all! They tell people they are triple A and having you believe that they are AAA but they are not. Let me tell you the story... my son got into his first car accident and as he was waiting for the cops to come a truck that says AAA on it pulled up and asked for his AAA card. My son didn't think twice because the guy said I'm with Triple A and he had a shirt on that had AAA on it. The truck also says AAA on it as well. My son gave him his card and they took his card to the truck acted like they were typing in something on some fake computer and came back and said your card isn't working.... So we can tow you home for $400 or tow you to Triple AAA holding. You can have your insurance get the car out and u won't pay nothing. The cop came and did. Not knowing the agreement this guy made with my son so he just took some info and left. They took my sons car and took it to their impound and charged $275 an hour. After I heard the news I rushed down to the location and I called The real Triple A and they said my sons account was fine and that this company did not run anything through the system. This company is contracted independently but they are not supposed to tell anyone they are Triple A! I explained that to the front desk guy who was very nice he said just get your money back through the insurance. My insurance said they have nothing to do with towing. They gave us an impound bill for... $670 . I googled the company and I found out they have scammed so many other people by saying they are Triple A . Unfortunately my son trusts everyone and he did not call to double check until it was to late. I have spoke with AAA and they did a Claim out and they said they might be able to reimburse me. Might? Smh. They also said that this company should not be able to have the logo on their truck or clothing it can confuse people especially for young kids that are panicking in that moment. Please tell everyone to be aware of this company and other fake tow truck companies when you are on the side of the road. Your best bet is to call AAA and have them send their people and confirm it don't trust these guys out there that claim they are AAA. They ain't nothing but Scammers! read more

Horrible service! Said the could tow me, I was stranded. Driver arrived and couldn't tow.

Horriable customer service. Called AAA at 9:06pm for a tow and interstate got the call. They called me within 20 mins and said 30 mins and a driver would be out. At 11:56pm I called to check what was happening as we had a new born in the vehicle and they said the driver got sent to another call instead. I expressed to dispatch that why wasn't that communicated to me but in the middle of me talking he tried to over talk me and then got upset when I asked him to let me finish speaking. He then hung up on me and cancelled the call. We had to start all over with the AAA call. Interstate towing dispatch need some training. If zero stars was a thing they would of received that. read more
