This evening while we were out walking in our neighborhood, an Interstate Towing truck came barreling down Bandini Avenue towards us going way too fast, barely slowed down to round the curve onto Grand Ave without stopping at the stop sign, then sped off barreling down Grand. I will never trust a company with reckless drivers this oblivious to public safety and traffic laws with my vehicle or my personal safety. This company just sent a driver to my dads to change a flat on his Ford truck. The guy that came to his home was rude. Told him the tire wasn't flat and my dad pointed out it was going flat. Then asked where the spare was. I'm a girl and even I know where the spare is on a pick-up truck. Next they guy got under the truck and asked my dad how to get the spare down. My dad said, "Uh, that's why I called you." Dad finally told him if he didn't know how then maybe he should call his company to send someone out that knows. The guy left and called AAA to send someone else. This guy and this company are worthless. Second time we've had rude driver's from them. read more

18400 van buren blvd riverside California interstate towing is the worst! just recently had and incident where my axle broke causing damages to my fender and rocker arm a few weeks ago. The driver seemed knowledgeable and helpful as he verbalized the cause of the mishap and named off each part that would need replacement. After dropping the car off at my house me and my daughter watched in disbelief as the tow hitch caught the driver side bumper and the sound of plastic snapping brought us to the sight of my bumper 3 feet off the ground and 3 feet away from the car stretched onto the drivers hitch. The driver jumped out to investigate after hearing the noise and apologized for the damages. He adjusted the hitch and removed it leaving my bumper dangling to the floor and then banged it back into place with his fist. I was assured I could send the bill and that he took full responsibility and now the story has changed and I'm being denied the cost of damages. Despite multiple before and after pictures, and being witnessed by multiple people, my statement, is apparently not good enough and I'm stuck with a $900 bill aside from other damages, and a sudden disbelief for a driver I thought was amazingly helpful and professional, but apparently has no integrity considering me having to watch him dismember a car I had just got fixed less than 2 months ago. Horrible customer service! Why have insurance if you guys aren't going to honor damages incurred by your drivers! Unbelievable! I hope my loyalty to aaa takes care of you lowlifes! The only reason I posted one star is because I had to put something for the review to be posted. Word of advice to any customers. Try to take videos of the whole tow process just in case because apparently standing by watching in horror beside your 10 year old is not enough!! read more

Today I was stranded on the 91 Fwy On off ramp 53A which is busy and dangerous. (My cars electric parking brake system malfunction)I called Triple they dispatch "Interstate Towing" Shortly after Terry (driver) shows up. Terry was extremely helpful and he truly cared !(I do not see this very often where employees actually care )which is why I am writing this review. Terry made sure my son and I were safe while loading my car onto the tow truck . Standing on the side of a busy freeway can be pretty scary... I can say that through out the entire process Terry was very informative and honest . Heck he even went out of his way to show me were the nearest car rental agency was . interstate towing refused to honor aaa warranty on a battery that i purchased in may 2020 that has a 36-month free replacement plus a 36-month proration (prorated). i was to told by aaa that i was to receive a prorated replacement. both the driver bashir and the manager sam refused to honor the warranty. when i spoke to the manager sam he used a curse word at me. aaa warranty did change in january 2023, but it purchased my battery before this date. interstate towing is not representing aaa in an honest manner. shame on interstate towing. read more

I called this place today becuase one of their drivers was driving like a complete idiot. Cutting me off on the freeway with no blinker driving like a jack ass. Exited the same exit and he drives by me flipping me off, so I called the interstate towing which is the only one in Riverside and he told me he had no drivers over in the area I was in. I called back because I'm trying to figure this out and he said there's a location in Orange County and there's not. So I was lied to. By for The worst tow truck company rudest people I have ever met. I called triple-a to have them bring me more fuel to my diesel. They're young kid that came poured gasoline in my diesel. Then decided to oh. Let's pour another one in and then decided. Oh, let's start it. They finally decided to take my truck. So that they could drop my PAN. And clean it they were supposed to check everything but did not. I got my truck back and this is after by the fact they said that they would take care of any issues if anything comes app after the fact of my diesel being messed app because of the gas going through my diesel engine well surely enough 2 weeks later. I am blowing black smoke out of my truck. Exhaust pipe. I contact no answer. No help. So I called triple-a triple. A tells them. I take it to a mechanic shop that is a reliable mechanic shop and they say that my injectors are all bad. They tell this to truck company and the tow truck company says. No, we're not gonna do nothing we can't help. There's nothing we can do. We will not take care of the problem. So I am sitting with no truck now. I had to go get a new car all because to get back-and-forth to work. It is sad that there is companies like this. That act like they are a good company. Act like they are gonna do the right thing. And don't the owner would not talk to me at all even through the process at the beginning, even when I asked to speak to the owner. The only one that would speak to me is the manager and he promised to take care of my situation if anything ever occurred and never did by far. Never pick this company. Never use this company worst company ever. In history they will bamboozle. You and make sure that your vehicle does not get to where it needs to or will make sure that your vehicle is completely done by the time they have your view. My car needed skilled electrical work and Nepolian came to tow it from Riverside to Colton during morning rush hour. He was competent, efficient, and careful with securely locking my car up on the flatbed. He knew the best route for the level of traffic. He was incredibly friendly and polite. When a person's week starts with a dead car, and then the day starts with an even deader car, it is uplifting to be treated so respectfully. If I could I would have clicked more stars. Barney was amazing! My truck spun out on a busy road after a car drove into my lane. My truck was stuck over a small retaining wall in a way that didn't allow me to get it off myself. Barney figured out how to get it off of there quickly and safely, then drove my truck to make sure it was safe to drive back. He was kind, fast, and clearly knew what he was doing. He went above and beyond to help me. I had three kids waiting at home over an hour away, so being able to get my truck quickly and head back to them was a huge relief. If I could give this a minus score I would. I placed 6, that is SIX calls for updates on the towing service arrival. It was through AAA, and interstate towing was the contracted company to come tow my vehicle. I was stuck in the dark in an industrial park when my car broke down. The time kept getting pushed back. my first call was placed at 4:07 p.m., and the last update I received was that they would be there at 8 P.M.!! The service tech called me ONE time. I had to call AAA to get an update on the ETA. I would NEVER use this towing service....ever. read more

DO NOT do business with this towing company if you care about your vehicle being damaged! A****** owners take no responsibility for their workers actions. One of their drivers door ding my truck and dented and chipped my door paint. I talked to the company dispatchers but after several days of trying to contact the owner for damage compensation they kept saying the manager is never there and I quote "he's probably at a casino idk"... I gave up trying to get compensated for the damages done on my truck and just fixed it myself $150 out of my pocket. I'd recommend to do business with other towing companies. read more

Beware of Towing scam. Intestate Towing whom is contracted with Triple AAA showed up to take our vehicle. Upon his arrival we repeated numerous times we called Triple AAA and you are to tow the vehicle to our home no where else. The driver said because it was in accident it has to go to the yard. Come to find out someone within Interstate Towing canceled our service request with Triple AAA and took the vehicle to the yard so they can incur outrages fees. Then the driver was harassing me calling me saying why I lied saying I don't have auto insurance. I told him it doesn't matter if I do or don't you have no right deciding where my vehicle goes. He called me three time I told him stop harassing me. Total SCAM, our auto insurance company agrees and said to file a complaint with Triple AAA. The register owner has a right to have a vehicle towed to where he or she designates. There is no CA law that says the towing company has to take a vehicle to a different address than requested. Phone operator girl was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Rude, disrespectful and had nonexistent relational skills. Extremely unhelpful. Considering they represent major company's such as Ford Pass, unbelievable she was so uneducated and illiterate. I hit some debris on the 91 and thought I had a flat, so I called AAA, who dispatched Interstate Towing to help. The tow truck driver, Andrae, was prompt and efficient. But he also took the time to actually check the tire, and found that the inner fender had been bent by the debris, which caused it grind against the tire, but the tire itself was fine (it was night time, so it was difficult to tell without good lighting). This not only saved me a tow, but ensured that I didn't need to call off of work the next day (which is not easy in my line of work). Long story short, Andrae went the extra mile (no pun intended) and saved me a lot of hassle, and it was much appreciated. read more

Worst experience ever was told a tow truck from Interstate Tow would get to me in 45-60 minutes. Then that time went by and was given an additional 45 minute wait. I called again because 2 hours have elapsed and they tell me 30 minutes. Mind you we requested a tow at around 9:45pm, we are now 1245 am and nothing. If your going to get a tow make sure they are not Interstate Tow!!! read more

Earlier today another battery replacement company told me my battery needed to be replaced. I called interstate towing and they came out tested the battery and said it was fine. The battery is only three months old. The other mechanic was just trying to sell me a battery.
