Interstate Towing is so amazing last night at 230am me and my husband blew an oil line on the 91 freeway we struggled for 2 hrs trying to get it to a safe point because we still had an hour to drive home after struggling and trying to get to no where we decided we can't fix it and we just need to get off the side of the freeway and get home we called this company and a few of our friends who stopped to help us ran into the driver on their way to their car and so as soon as I called they already knew who I was and where we were he arrived like a super hero he literally had is hooked up and locked down in 14 mins and we were on our way super speedy we laughed, joked,and shared some stories he lifted our spirits and got us home safely we really appreciate the driver Chris you sir are a prize possession it's companies and people like this who make sucky situations not so horrible so thank you so much Interstate Towing there needs to be more companies like you out there in this nutty world! read more

Interstate Towing ROCKS as a AAA provider!! They went above and beyond to help me today following a flat tire. The tool to release the spare tire was missing from the kit in the car, so no spare could be put on. When the tow truck arrived to give me a tow, the tow-truck driver figured out due to the scooter lift on the back of my van that it could not be towed with the truck he brought. It was going to be another hour before the lower flatbed would be available. The manager, Juan, went to the yard and took a tire off a similar car there, they switched out the flat on my van and I was able to drive the half mile to my home. They then switched the tires back. The driver was very courteous and understanding of my situation.This is a vehicle that I use for my business so it was imperative for me to have it repaired ASAP since I am out of a job until it is fixed.He went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with the service that he was providing for me and reassured me that everything would be fine with the tow and he would get it to the garage at which it was being repaired ASAP.I would highly recommend this driver whose name I unfortunately did not get.If it all possible to request the same driver if the situation arose in the future I definitely would ask for him.Interstate was very professional with their call backs and I was very pleased. read more

Once I decided on the type of battery I needed, Juven worked quickly and diligently to get me on my way. I had a great experience with interstate towing. My suburban broke down and they arrived in less than 25 minutes! The driver Chase was super cool and helpful. He was very professional and treated me with respect. Because this was Sunday and most mechanics were closed, Chase went out of his way to spend time with me to find a place that was open and could take my vehicle that day. I must say i am very pleased with these guys. I was looking for a tow for a car I bought from riverside to barstow. I called all around town everyone was giving ridiculous unrealistic prices. He also overcharged my wife. There are many complaints from both Men and Women of drivers overcharging when quoted zero by a dispatcher. We happened to get service from them through AAA. read more
