Interstate Towing is so amazing last night at 230am me and my husband blew an oil line on the 91 freeway we struggled for 2 hrs trying to get it to a safe point because we still had an hour to drive home after struggling and trying to get to no where we decided we can't fix it and we just need to get off the side of the freeway and get home we called this company and a few of our friends who stopped to help us ran into the driver on their way to their car and so as soon as I called they already knew who I was and where we were he arrived like a super hero he literally had is hooked up and locked down in 14 mins and we were on our way super speedy we laughed, joked, and shared some stories he lifted our spirits and got us home safely we really appreciate the driver Chris you sir are a prize possession it's companies and people like this who make sucky situations not so horrible so thank you so much Interstate Towing there needs to be more companies like you out there in this nutty world! read more

Interstate Towing ROCKS as a AAA provider!! They went above and beyond to help me today following a flat tire. The tool to release the spare tire was missing from the kit in the car, so no spare could be put on. When the tow truck arrived to give me a tow, the tow-truck driver figured out due to the scooter lift on the back of my van that it could not be towed with the truck he brought. It was going to be another hour before the lower flatbed would be available. The manager, Juan, went to the yard and took a tire off a similar car there, they switched out the flat on my van and I was able to drive the half mile to my home. They then switched the tires back. I will deal with the flat tomorrow. Such creative and innovative thinking! Thanks a million to Chase and Juan! read more

I highly recommend Interstate Towing! They truly went above and beyond for both myself and my partner to make sure we were safe and that our vehicle was taken care of properly. A huge shoutout to Rubin and Javier! They made the entire process go smoothly from start to finish. They were professional, helpful, and extremely personable, which made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. My partner and I really appreciated the way they treated us and the extra effort they put in to make sure everything was handled correctly. It's not often you come across people who genuinely care about making sure their customers are taken care of. Thank you, Rubin, Javier, and Interstate Towing! We would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs towing services. read more

The driver was very courteous and understanding of my situation. This is a vehicle that I use for my business so it was imperative for me to have it repaired ASAP since I am out of a job until it is fixed. He went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with the service that he was providing for me and reassured me that everything would be fine with the tow and he would get it to the garage at which it was being repaired ASAP.I would highly recommend this driver whose name I unfortunately did not get.If it all possible to request the same driver if the situation arose in the future I definitely would ask for him.Interstate was very professional with their call backs and I was very pleased. read more

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Kousai from AAA. My car battery died while I was stranded on the freeway, and the situation was very stressful. Kousai arrived quickly and immediately treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. He took the time to explain what was wrong, helped get my vehicle running again, and made sure I was safe before leaving. His positive attitude and willingness to help turned a frustrating experience into a much better one. Kousai went above and beyond his job duties, and his generosity and outstanding customer service truly made a difference. AAA is fortunate to have someone as dedicated and caring as him on their team. read more

My battery died at the gas station and Interstate was there extremely quickly. Juven was the technician that came out, and he quickly diagnosed the problem with the battery and laid out my options for me. Once I decided on the type of battery I needed, Juven worked quickly and diligently to get me on my way. From the time I first called in, to the time I was back on the road to an appointment was less than 40 minutes. Juven was great and the next time I am in a bind with a car issue, Interstate Towing will immediately pop into my mind. read more

I had a great experience with interstate towing. My suburban broke down and they arrived in less than 25 minutes! The driver Chase was super cool and helpful. He was very professional and treated me with respect. Because this was Sunday and most mechanics were closed, Chase went out of his way to spend time with me to find a place that was open and could take my vehicle that day. It was a great experience and thanks to him my car is back to running great. I would definitely use interstate towing again. read more

Can't say enough about the service provided by Interstate Towing. Neil was a knowledgable and very skilled driver. He came to pick up my 65 Mustang from a shop where I got some news about my car that I wasn't expecting. Neil was really personable too. Felt like I could trust his opinion. We talked cars, life and he even gave me a recommendation for a shop that he trusts in Hemet by the name of Jimmy D's. If you need a tow you should give Interstate a call. read more

Just had to share a great experience I had with interstate Towing. As you all know breaking down is never fun it's something everyone dreads. Very patient and understanding with all that was going on with my car. Thank you so much Alberto and interstate towing for the great service. read more

I must say i am very pleased with these guys. I was looking for a tow for a car I bought from riverside to barstow. I called all around town everyone was giving ridiculous unrealistic prices. They quoted me very very fairly and they also were very kind. The tow truck driver roberto let me ride back with him cause it was easier that way for me. If i ever need a tow again in riverside i know exactly who to call. read more

you need to fire this employee immediately. He directly tried to cut me off while unsafely merging onto the freeway. Followed me to the off-ramp then flipped me off and curse words, every other word being N&gger and trying to get me and pull over to fight him. You don't want dumb unintelligent people like this as the face of your company. In self-defense, who knows what would of happened. read more

Not every tow company takes care of your vehicle like it's their own. Thanks Chase for taking care of my baby. I have separation anxiety when I'm away from her. But you texted me updates and even went as far to notify me when she was sacked at the shop. I was treated like family not just a paycheck. That sticks with a customer. I will chose interstate towing over and over because of that. read more

I had to give a star to leave a review.... WARNING TO ALL FEMALES .... if Interstate Tow is sent to pick you up do not go with Arl*$. He is creepy and enjoys sexually harassing WOMEN. He also overcharged my wife. There are many complaints from both Men and Women of drivers overcharging when quoted zero by a dispatcher. We happened to get service from them through AAA. read more

I thought the battery on my vehicle was dead. Mark, from Interstate Towing came to the rescue! He diagnosed my vehicle and the battery was perfectly fine. Turns out it is likely the starter. Mark was friendly and very helpful. I appreciate his patience with me and explaining how he came to this conclusion. I'm putting Interstate Towing in my contacts! read more

My car broke down getting off the fwy. I called AAA and they sent out a contracting company named Interstate Towing. They gave me an estimated time off arrival of 45 minutes. Before I know a man named CHASE was already at the place of business I was stranded at. He was polite and very efficient. Thank you CHASE for your help. read more
