We recently brought in our 2020 Kia Telluride that needed a new alternator. We took it to Menifee Transmission because dealerships always charge a lot. The battery was dead so they removed it so we could take it back to Auto Zone because it was still under warranty. That definitely saved us some money. As for the man of the hour, Blake, he understood my situation and the car's issue, he was willing to take a look into it. I could not hear but felt something strange underneath the gas pedal. He was able to diagnose and fixed it for me. He explained thoroughly what it was and told me that I could drive my car normally now than before. Rene gave me helpful pointers and general maintenance information about the Supra, including what to expect during ownership. He also explained that I would receive pictures from the inspection, which I really appreciated. The inspection cost $250 and took about 2 hours. Afterward, I received both a text and email with the inspection results and recommendations. Rene also shared that he regularly partners with local shops for car inquiries and refers customers to specialists when needed, which showed me that they care about getting people the right help. The front entrance has a smaller waiting area with movies playing, which made the wait more comfortable. One helpful note for first-time visitors: when entering the lot, the main entrance is to the left rather than straight ahead.
