Advance Muffler - New muffler and tip - Auto Repair Near Me - Perris, California

Quoted me a price but once the work was done added another 12.00 to the total for using a credit card. Never happened to me before.

I called over the phone about my catalytic converter on my cargo van needing replaced. The gentleman quoted me over the phone and checked to make sure he had the cat in stock. He said I can bring it in today and he would have it done in 30mins. So I drove there and as promised he fit me right in kept the same quote as he did over the phone and was super professional! He informed me why they go out and things I can do to prevent it from happening again. I will absolutely be using them again for any exhaust work I need. I highly recommend this shop they are very trustworthy. read more

This was my first time here got a really good deal on my catalytic converter . Didn't have it in stock had to wait to get it ordered in a lil bummer but did a good job installing them . If i need any muffler work in the future I'd be sure to use advanced. read more

Got my tsx sounding amazing definitely recommend. They work quick, are professional and very knowledgeable.

I took my 07 Dakota V8 here. After explaining what I wanted. We decided the Flowmaster 40 with resonater delete was the way to go. Rico did a great job on it. It sounds super aggressive, just the way I like it. Also brought in my 01 Civic EX. I purchased a Hedman Headers Hot Tip elsewhere ( I don't like those big fart can mufflers) I'm old school, we used to put Monza Tips on all our tuners. Any way Rico put the tip on it, deleted the Muffler so now it has stock resonater and resonater tip. Sounds great They are fair and honest with their customers. Work is great, I have never had an issue, and it has been a few years since the work was done on my Dakota. Now my Honda needs a new Cat. Rico has one in stock, and is giving me a fair price as always. read more

I took my car to Rico for a catalytic converter replacement. Rico gave me a quote that was very reasonable. Turns out that he was a student of my mom's in high school! He was very nice and helpful. He is friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and professional. It's a small business on the corner and you have to be looking for it or you might miss it at first. He fixed my car the next day, first thing in the morning. It was fast and cheap in a good way!! I would recommend this shop and I will be going back when I need to. Thanks Rico! read more

I'm more of a "take my car to the dealer" person, but I went here because of a friends suggestion. I had cracks on my manifold, and was told it needed to be replaced by dealer for $1500! When I took it to Rico's for a second opinion, he told me he could repair the crack and would only need it for a few hours. He was done when he told me he would be, and I got an awesome deal, way better than the dealer!! My car runs so much better! I'm EXTREMELY happy with his outstanding service and knowledge about the issue! Ill recommend everyone to go here!! read more

Great quality work, I have taken my benz and a few other cars there. Prices are fair and work is top notch, Id def recommend this place, I have. All my friends go there, its a 30 min drive from where I live but, every other shop Ive gone to has done crap welds or way over priced ($140 to weld on exhaust tips? Nuts) Rico only charged me $60, hes also done good custom work. read more

I explained what kind of sound I wanted to Ricardo and he suggested the best option. I had him install my muffler and remove the rear resonators and the truck sounds exactly how I wanted it to. Disappointed! Brought in two rotors to be turned, the guy told me to give him an hour. Left for an hour and got my oil changed. I came back to find the rotors in the same place I left them, on the ground! Not even mounted on the machine yet!!. Grabbed them and took them elsewhere. What a joke! read more

Based on my own personal experience, rico has also given me the best deal out of all local muffler/ exhaust shops. He is very friendly, fast, and professional. One of the few good mechanics that still exist today. Will always come back when there's a any muffler/exhaust work to be done. read more

Service was fast and staff were great. Had muffler and tip replaced and car sounds great now. Recommended

I went to Ricos to get my brake pads replaced. They offer reasonable prices, and fast service that's done right! Highly recommend!! Not once did they attempt to sell me additional services or parts, which made me happy as well!! If you need brake work done, this is the place to go. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars like I'd like to, is simply because they don't have much of a waiting area for customers. They have a couple patio chairs outside the office. No air conditioning while you wait if it's 100 degrees outside. Overall I would bring my car here again hands down! read more

Just got my Jeep straight piped and this thing sounds amazing. Took 15mins and was an amazing job! Thanks!

Doesn't do a good job has poor customer service is rude to customers and doesn't guarantee his work

Great customer service fast and top quality work. Took my 82 Chevy truck in for a cat converter and was quoted 200. A problem with my truck was brought to my attention he fixed it replaced my converter and still only 200. In and out about 30 minuets. I would highly recommend this place. read more
