I got here at 1pm to get my brakes checked, it took them 3hr and 30mins to tell me that my brakes are good! They had told me it was a quick process, all I heard and seen was the workers talking and laughing taking their time , as I'm paying when they finished, I asked for a receipt, I was told it would take 30mins to get a receipt. Never coming here again worst customer service ever read more

I dealt with Jaime, He was helpful, informative, and genuinely concerned. The circumstances were a bit unrewarding for both of us. There were delays that I don't think could've been helped. The delays were two to three weeks, two of those weeks were very disruptive and costly to us and I explained that in hopes that they would help to offset some of the costs. Our shop bill was near $2,0000.00 the other expenses $295.00 rental car etc. I think a creative discount or reimbursement would be in order but that did not occur, so for that reason there may not be a return for us. Took son's car in and explained that there was noise in the water pump and timing chain area and idled bad. They replace the timing chain and water pump but idle was still bad. They replaced the radiator and alternater before I can say no saying this was part of trouble shooting. Idle still bad. After going on a month Jaime said to take it to toyota. $165 later toyota said chain installed wrong. Brought car home because to expensive at toyota to fix. Told Jaime I would rather not take it to him anymore and would rather get money back on the chain job. He Gave$600 back of $1680. They take too long to diagnose problems then can't fix. Stick you with parts you don't need.Take your car at your own risk to this place. Not coming back. read more

Dropped my car off early morning for a diagnostic, not only did they take a day they didn't even look at it. These guys gave me a run around as well when I tried to call. I do not recommend this shop and suggest you go somewhere else based off the fact they can't even do a simple diagnostic let alone keep you updated. read more

Don't take your car to them! They are horrible! They scammed me out of my money. My husband is 86 and a Veteran and they put Freon in the system and sent him home. He had explained to them that he had already done that, but the guy pretended that he fixed the problem and sent him home. When I got in the car the next day of course the Freon had leaked out and I had to drive my car to work in 105 degrees in my car while I delivered packages. I couldn't take my car back until the next morning. He claimed that maybe it needed a hose or something. He blew me off and claimed that he fixed the problem. What an idiot. If he was fair and honest he would have made more money. He stole $300. When it ended up costing us $1700 for a compressor. The guy literally blew us off like turned his back and walked away. I left there feeling like I will never come here again! Horrible service to an old man. Senior citizen and Veteran. Shame on you guys!! read more

I came here because I was referred by a close friend , I needed a Serpentine belt replacement and the other shops I inquired were trying to charge me double or triple the price of what Jaime charged me . He also had the part delivered within 15 min of me being there and I left in under 40 minutes. Everyone is very welcoming and I couldn't have asked for a better experience . I heard about amigos from my roommate who would always take his cars there any time it needed anything. He took his BMW here , Integra and now his Civic. I purchased an s2000 last year and I had him change a bushing and while it was there he made me aware couple things that really needed attention and fixed it for me.
