I walked into the store April 7th at 9:50 PM. I went to warranty import direct relays that I bought from O'Reillys in Fontana. I gave them the phone number that we purchased the relays. I never go into this O'Reilly's but I will definitely be back! Vivian the assistant manager rang me up for windshield wipers and coolant for a flush on my car and she was so sweet. She really made me and my sons day and bought him a Lightning McQueen car so he's ready for Disneyland this week as a bday present . Holy cow. These guys don't know what they are doing. Not only car-wise but they can't even do a customer service job well. The whole time I was patronized, treated with sarcasm, and tried to pressure me to quickly buy and get out. All I did was ask a few questions which they didn't have answers for, so they double down on a mistaken recommendation. They ended up giving me the wrong parts and even messed up the return. All and all, it was a huge waste of time. If you are in desperate need of getting auto parts, I would go somewhere else. But if you have to go to this O'Reilly, I would stay far away from the large young man with dark hair and the latino lady. Funny, there's a big sign over the counter that says "professional parts people." I'd have to disagree with that. They're not even friendly. The older walleyed woman needs a serious attitude adjustment about showing some empathy with her customers and just being a nice person overall. She wasn't able to break change, which is totally okay with me, however show some empathy and apologize to me, lady. Don't just act indignant with me and tell me to go to another business in the business complex and ask them to break it, as if it's an inconvenience to you. After all, it's your fault for not being prepared to run your business and give your customers the ability to pay cash for their purchase. The employees that work here are worthless!!! 10 days ago I got to order a rack and pinion and work with Adriana (that went to uc Davis) I called Adriana to check status. It comes to be that she didn't even order it. This is not professional. I do not understood how someone that is this unorganized works for a O'Reilly! I went to go buy a starter for a Chevy Silverado 6.0 and I called in advance to see if they are in stock and how much it will be. Well when I go in to buy the starter the associate Christopher was helping me out and was trying to up-sale me for the starter. Once I gave my boyfriend a call and told him how much it would be he came to the store and my boyfriend was trying to understand why there was $150.00 difference in store than what we were told over the phone the original price . Christopher was saying to him "you can buy the starter or get out" "cool bro I don't care". I've never been treated like this while shopping and we will never be shopping here again. Once the poor customer service of Christopher was done we were helped out with Tony and we were thankful for that. He gave us great customer service without a hassle. read more

Very dishonest! I have had issues with several batteries from this store which do not last. My husband brought ours in today and when we bought it we were told if it malfunctioned or was bad they'd prorate the battery. That is not true as they told him they no longer they do that and would not honor their previous policy. He then tried selling him another battery (probably bad) for full price when my husband said he was going to get the battery else where the man was all of a sudden able to drop the price down. My experience with this store and it's products was not good. read more

Loved this place! Yesterday I needed to change my breaks. They just started getting bad late Saturday night. I called another place right up the street looking to see if they had my breaks in stock, as well as a c-clamp to borrow. The person on the phone had a bad attitude, very unpleasant. I called this place next and immediately changed my mind on where I was going to buy my pads. The lady on the phone was extremely happy and helpful! Instead of a c-clamp she recommended renting a full kit that they now have, and it ended up working perfectly! Very satisfied with my experience here, and I will continue to use this place whenever I need something for my vehicle. read more

You know, I've come to this chain for years. I should've taken my business elsewhere a long time ago. Today was the FINAL straw in getting the wrong parts. I made it VERY clear what I needed to fix my car and yet again we got the WRONG part. I asked 3x on the phone and 3x in person which the sales guy was not confident in saying yes. Now I'm out labor costs and I got attitude on the phone when I asked if I could return it to any store. The exact answer after the guy mumbled was "if there's a store in Tijuana you can return it there!" What training do they exactly go through or who makes the database because someone needs to improve it or be fired. Do NOT tell me a part is good for 12 years of a make and model when they've changed 3 times in that 12 years. Thanks for wasting $100 I didn't have to pay a mechanic to tell me I can't get the part anywhere other than the dealership don't waste my time. Bottom line is they have horrible customer service and horrible product knowledge. Don't make the same mistake we have in giving them chance after chance.
