Sucks because this location is close to home , however I will stop going due to how unprofessional the employees are , I understand sometimes it may be busy and as a customer we may have to be patient however that's not the case here the employees aren't helpful at all they just seem like they don't want to help out , there's no sense of urgency to tend to the customer . Beware, Their warranty is no good. I bought a a/c compressor for a 1975 Caddy, I also needed new a/c hoses and a dryer but they didn't have those, so I found a Dryer online in Bakersfield and sent out the hoses to be made by a hoseman locally. Eleven months later the compressor took a dump. Was told no guaranty because I didn't buy a dryer from them at the time of purchase. First of all I needed one and they didn't have it, second I was never told that or I would have bought from another store. My battery has been malfunctioning for a little while so I went to this autozone location founded in a little complex. Alex measured my battery life and told me that I had to replace it. He then shared with me that because of company policy and the way my hood is set up that autozone itself wasn't able to replace my old battery with the new one themselves (which is a bummer). HOWEVER, rather than leaving me to figure out my battery situation, Alex went inside and called the tire store next door and asked if one of their employees could replace my battery. A kind gentleman (who's name I sadly cannot remember), came to the shop and replaced my battery and didn't ask for any labor costs. I was able to start my car easily. Alex and Claire were incredibly kind and hospitable. I appreciate their intentional customer care immensely. And I also appreciate their healthy relationships with the other local businesses. Thank you also, employee from the tire company, for walking over in the IE heat and replacing my battery in such short notice! All of you guys are amazing! I felt very cared for. Went in for my car to get tested for a new battery. Turns out I needed one. They matched Walmart prices and Natalie was nice enough to come out and change my battery for me! She was so friendly and helpful and even went above and beyond cleaning off the corrosion completely and adding anti corrosion grease to the connects. When I got there, Carlos was helping another customer so I walked over to Nicholas. I let him know I had talked to Carlos & I was there to pick up parts. Immediately, I sensed a bad attitude. Agitated with the keyboard cause the keys were sticking, he kept pounding on keyboard. He then had to pull parts of shelf & began scanning items. Once scanned, he just carelessly threw items back on counter. He didn't even tell me the amount due, he just starred at me. He gave me his back when I swiped my card & didn't wait til receipt printed before trying to ripped it off. Horrible customer service Nicholas!
