He wasn't aware that I knew that LKQ was pick-a-part. When i confronted him about it he changed his story. Despite the fact I never received the item or that "pick a part" has free 30 day returns with no restocking fees I can attest that this man is 100% a Crook with no integrity. When I asked him to show me some paperwork that says 45% restocking fee he refused to show me any documentation to back it up. Essentially he's holding my money hostage and trying to hold on to a good chunk of it with the pretense of another business, with a proven track record of easy returns, is charging a ridiculous 45% restocking fee of almost $1500. How is this not illegal?
