Channel locks instead of a socket they definitely messed up

So here are pictures of the damage that accessories unlimited did I have more proof in text and call log etc.. of me trying to reach them but they are closed on the weekends so you can't get a hold of them. As a customer the goal is always get what you pay for I paid for an install and they didn't properly do the install so yes I'm upset but I have the right to be. Especially when the company I gave them the opportunity to make it right and they didnt. So again I just want people to know what they may get with them. But going forward I would never advise anyone to get work done here proof is always in the pudding and I will never not have proof to back up what I say.

The only shop you should trust for your aftermarket needs. Honest people, they'll take great care of you!10/10 service on top

Even if they don't have it Javier is well connected and will point you in the right direction. They also work great with your budget and great return time I don't think I had to wait more than two day to receive my truck back I highly recommended for everyone to try them out

I bought an exhaust system for my truck from this place. The item was described as 'brand new out of the box,' and we agreed on a price of $500, given that it had been previously installed on another vehicle and then removed. However, after driving an hour to pick it up, I discovered that the exhaust was missing a clamp, the plugs for the O2 sensors, and the installation instructions--none of which were disclosed beforehand. The listing was misleading, and the lack of transparency makes me feel that the transaction was dishonest. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this place read more

Went in there for a lift and spacers on my Jeep and the owner told me one price on the spacers the day I was with my boyfriend and the day I actually payed I went myself and he charged me $100 more than what he said the previous time and it just made me feel like I got took advantage of for being a girl and going into a shop like that. I also had to go back in a second time because my shocks where installed wrong and a couple screws missing from my front fender cover and when I took it back in I asked about it and the guy said he doesn't even touch that part that they just stretch it out but I know for sure it wasn't like that when I took it in. I also felt like I had zero attention to the owner while making business he was just staring into his computer which I think is super disrespectful. Shop at your own risk ladies!!!! read more

Drove it home and something didn't seem right It was all over the place This so called manager named Javier was the rudest and indifferent to my concerns!! Explained my situation politely and he just blew me off like iI was bothering him?? Excuse me!! I wasn't bothering you when I put my hard earned cash down for substandard work!!! Special Shout Out to Javier who ended my intense search for running boards for my parents brand new 2019 Ford Ranger. All it took was one call for Javier to locate the running boards that everyone else told me did not exist because the 2019 Ford Ranger was recently introduced. Not only did Javier locate them the same day but he was able to schedule us for an appointment to come back in less than 2 weeks to install them. This place is AMAZING they literally have all the accessories from rims to suspension to clear sunroof installations in the jeeps! They take "one stop shop" to the next level!! I could have easily had to reschedule, paid for a new tire because another customer service rep said I hadn't ordered tires there before, but Matthew found that I did, and been very unhappy, but Matthew really helped to make me a happy customer.

He kept excellent communication throughout the entire process, gave me a very reasonable price to refinish the wheels, and also repaired curb damage on all of them. Before coming here, I had taken the wheels to another shop in the area, where they sat untouched for nearly two months with zero communication. I should have gone to The Wheel Shop from the start. I had a great experience here in 2023 when Mario aligned my Porsche 911, so I came back in 2026…read moreafter installing new tires and OEM rear tie rods for another alignment. Unfortunately, this visit was a complete disappointment. The technician, Jaime, had my car on the lift for less than 30 minutes before telling me the alignment couldn't be adjusted because the bolts were "maxed out." I then took the car back to my mechanic, who pointed out that the alignment bolts had never even been adjusted since the markings were untouched. I ended up wasting nearly 2 hours and was charged $77 just to be told my alignment was bad without a proper attempt being made to fix it. To make matters worse, I took the car to WRTecnica afterward, and they successfully aligned it within an hour. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend this shop.

Trust this mechanic, I don't say that flippantly or without fantastic reason, which I'll share: I called to ask if I could bring her the used car I was considering buying from a local used car dealership to give the car an independent inspection. I simply said what I was hoping for, an independent inspection from a local mechanic (I live in Los Angeles & traveled out to Norco to look at this car), that I was looking for a used Japanese or Korean car, & my price range. As soon as I shared the name of the dealership (I didn't say anything about my experience or concerns with them, just the name), Kenni said she won't even do business with them, as they sold a used Mustang to her son whose clutch he asked them to fix, because he could tell it needed repair, they refused, and it went out about 800 miles after the warranty he purchased with this used car dealership expired, the clutch then costing $1000 to repair. Kerri also VOLUNTARILY gave me pointers for used cars, sharing that CVT's (Constant Velocity Transmissions, commonly known as Continuously Variable Transmissions) are not as reliable as other transmissions, which helped me narrow my search in cars in my budget. She also shared other GEMS of cars with recalls on engines, and how great she's found CLK 500 Mercedes cars to be. She has 38 years of experience. I passionately recommend for a trusted, capable, fair mechanic in the Norco, Corona area!!! She is my personal car buying angel of mercy.

I've been waiting here for 3 hours now and they haven't even TOUCHED my car. So keep that in mind if you want to be stuck here like me. This is crazy. Super irritated about it. One employee asked me if I wanted to keep waiting, as if I can drive with a screw in my tire ?!??? Come on man. I get that places get busy but this is a quick fix for someone who already spent a pretty penny here. Manage your work load better and prioritize quick fixes for customers that already paid!

I would highly not recommend this company to do any work to your vehicle I had my 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 lifted 9 inches I paid top dollar for fox coil overs troll alarms the whole kit installed they were very happy and friendly to take my money lift my truck four months later now my whole Front end makes squeaking noises every little bump I asked them to check it out the owner Xavier is very arrogant and argumentative and says it's normal free truck to do that and they do not stand behind the work they do whatsoever very disappointed in Accessories Unlimited for their lack of customer service and standing behind the work that they perform once they get your money they really don't care about the customer and do not stand behind the work that they do I took a chance and thought I picked a good company to do the lift on my brand new truck however I think from now on I will take my business to off-road warehouse who seems to be a lot more knowledgeable and stand behind their work. read more

I had a great experience at Accessories Unlimited when they installed my Baja XL Linkable Roof Mount Light kit and XL Sport Pods for my Ford Bronco. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done fast. I dropped my Bronco off and before I knew it, they had everything installed cleanly and securely, with all the wiring tucked away perfectly. The light bar looks and works amazing! Didn't have what I needed right away but they ordered it and got it for me in two days. Pretty smooth transaction! The people here are very friendly, knowledgeable about car products and make buying car parts easy and not stressful. They have great prices and a variety of inventory. They even install parts (for extra charge of course!) and they make sure the parts are installed %100 correctly.
