Needed a quick tire repair. Gas station air refill didn't do the trick. Found hectors tires right off the 60fwy. They were quick to fin the problem and get my tire fixed. In and back out on my way. Service was helpful. Small alleyway entrance. Follow pathway to covered bays. Was a bit busy when we arrived but service was rather quick. Great spot if you're needing tire service. read more

Let's all face it... the roads in Southern California SUCK!!! It feels like lately I have had a flat tire once every bleeping 6 mos.! So there I was, driving the speed limit, coming around the curve at Mount Rubidoux on Mission Inn Ave. and I saw something really super small in the road but couldn't swerve (due to other cars) anyhoo I drive over it and shortly after - literally less than 3 minutes, the alert comes on that I need to check the air in my doggone tires!! URGGGHHH I just bought new tires. I called this place up and #1 they were friendly over the phone. #2 not far from my office. #3 said they would be able to get me in and out of their quickly. When I arrived they were waiting for me and took a look at the tire immediately... it was not salvageable so they gave me a great deal on a new one and off I was all within one hour. I called to ask a quote and Nancy was very helpful. After I told her what I wanted she said she needed a few minutes to check and she called back 5 minutes later. She told me the tires would be there next morning and she would call me when they arrived. I got her call 8:30am the next day. The 2 technicians started working on my car as soon as I got there and they both absolutely knew what they were doing. It only took bout 20 minutes to replace all four tires. If I could give these guys an extra stars I absolutely would. Extremely honest and helpful and more than fairly priced compared to chain stores I have gone to in the past. After an overinflated and unnecessary price quote earlier today from elsewhere, I went to Hector's to get a competing price quote. Not only did they fix the problem without replacing the tire, they identified the actual cause of the air leak (deteriorating valve stems.). They replaced the stems on all four tires and identified an additional issue I was having that they repaired. Total cost was still way under what the other store was charging for a single, unnecessary tire replacement. Absolutely recommend, support your local small businesses! read more

They significantly helped out my Kia Sportage 2008 that I'm getting to sell with 2 brand new tires, tire rotation and fixing an antifreeze leak. On my way to Riverside Court this morning for a hearing I had to attend on behalf of my client, I had a tire blowout. I was supposed to be at court at 7:30 a.m. I was obviously running late and in a panic. AAA towed me to Hector's Tires. They didn't have my exact tire available at that moment, but said they could get it by late afternoon. Nevertheless, they had a Michelin used run flat tire available for $45.00. Had run my course on my last set of tires, I had been to Hectors several times for tire patches with nails and bolts. Had always been responsive and affordable. After shopping around a bit and found Hectors was the most affordable (working with a students budget) & the quickest when it came to scheduling me in. Had me in and out in about 30 mins, 4 new tires (Yokohama Avid Ascend Lx), and the balancing I believe is spot on! Thank you again!
