I wish I can give this business 10 stars! My mechanic recommended I go to this shop for tire alignment since he does not do that in his shop. I called Hector Tires first, to see if I needed an appointment, talked to "Jose" and asked him about the cost for alignment for 2012 Camry. Jose told me it is $70 and there is no need for an appointment. I went there, Jose put the car on the rack, hooked the machine to the wheels and it took half an hour for the job to be done. When I was ready to pay, Jose told me that there is no charge, I asked for the reason why, Jose told me the alignment was off just a bit, and it needed only minor adjustment, he showed me his screen on the computer showing all green for the alignment after the minor adjustment. This shop is a top notch, and the people that run it are honest people. read more

Service was quick and easy but they love robbing people of their money here. My tire was flat and needed a change and they were the closest place I could go to. My tire was changed and I was out of there in 40 minutes. 2 days later my wheel went flat again, so I returned and asked them about what happened. Turns out the sensor cap came off and caused my tire to leak air. They said my tire wasn't covered by warranty and I had to buy a completely new tire after I had just bought one from them 2 days ago. If the sensor cap came off from a tire that THEY installed, why should I have to pay the price for their mistake? They did offer me a $15 discount and when I went to pay, the guy who installed my tire 2 days prior knew he messed up and couldn't even look me in the eye. DO BETTER. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I shouldn't have to be paying for a mistake that one of their workers made!!!!!! read more

I bought a set a tires and rims off of Facebook marketplace. The guy about the tires and rims from recommended Hector's. I am so glad he did he did. I worked with Alex and he was a real square shooter!!! They are very fast and a great value! They had to rested my tire pressure light after I drove for a couple miles because it wouldn't reset itself. As I returned, Alex noticed when I drove in that I needed an alignment. The front wheels were a little pigeon toed probably due to the really large rims/tires that were on before I got the truck last week. They charged me $70 for the realignment and it saved me a tremendous amount of money in tire wear, i'm on the highway a lot with loads and I wouldn't have gotten 10,000 miles without seeing the front tires ruined! Went to the shop just to get my tires mounted. They were not careful at all with the wheel and scratched my wheel. When I mentioned it to them they kept denying and started getting hostile when I atleast asked to give me a discount. They grabbed my wheel from my trunk without me knowing and threatened to unmount the tire. I didn't want them to remove the tire because they probably will cause more damage to my wheels. If you are a car guy don't take your nice wheels to get them mounted here. read more

I've taken my tires here before to be patched/plugged. We came by Monday night, half an hour before closing. We had two tires "repaired." One patch, one plug. The total should have been 15, but we were charged 20$. My partner paid and just thought of the extra as a five dollar tip. The next day at work, I had a totally FLAT TIRE. So the repair didn't work at all and the young guy gave himself a tip that he totally didn't earn. I'm a teacher so I took the tire to auto STUDENTS who fixed the 'fix'. But properly this time. Pretty disappointing when kids can do a better job than professionals. read more

Rear breaks started complaining and yelling for help, so I Yelped a local tire place and found Hector's tires. I was greeted promptly and courteously by a member of their team. Upon removing the back tires, we found that the brake pads had been worn down. Based off the sound I assumed it involved the rotors too and could have quite honestly been sold on new ones but I was assured they were fine and would still last me awhile. I appreciated not being taken advantage of and felt comfortable enough to have them check out the front ones too, just in case. I braced myself and started the arrangements in my head to start selling my soul in order to afford the parts and labor but upon hearing the estimate, relief flooded every cell in my body.
