I usually don't give one star reviews, but these guys here earned it. Our car broke down at exactly 7:59pm. I realized a tire of mine exploded but thankfully I was next to a tire shop. Well I walked up to this business as they closed and asked if they could sell me a tire or point me to a direction where I could find a shop that's open. Then unexpectedly the owner (I'm guessing) comes out yelling "don't you see the gates are being closed, our shop is now closed" I decided to just turn around and walk away. Now I'm waiting for my wife to bring our AAA card to get towed. I hope they can learn from this bad service. read more

Bought a tire, he kept telling me to come back if I had any issues which I did. He kept repeating he would fix it if anything went wrong (almost like he knew the tire was messed up) Tire wasn't holding air after a couple days so I came back to check if it has a nail or anything in it and they said it was fine and filled it up with air. Well after that, the same problem happened and I got a complete flat. Different shop said they sold me a bad tire and the beading was messed up. Had to buy another. Went back to this shop with the ruined tire just to tell him he sold me a bad tire and possibly get a refund or partial and he had such a nasty attitude and was denying everything. Rude and money hungry. Take you business elsewhere. read more

Horrible service !! I first got quoted to patch my tire by one of the guy $15 ! Oh and make sure you have cash in hand ! So I ran out to the nearest atm when I arrived home the other guy working there came out and asked why are you here ! I had asked I came to patch my tire it has a nail ! He said 20!!! These guys make their own charge . It ended up finding out nail never penetrate my tire so it didn't need to be patch ! But guy decided to charge me 10 dollars! Horrible place read more

so I was calling to get a quote. And I accidentally called back and said can I get a quote again and Whoever answered said "we already gave you a quote" super rude then quickly hung up on me. So I was really upset and I called back and said why would you hang up on me that's not good service. And they said "BeCaUsE YoUR plAyInG GaMEs" and said they didn't care about my question then said something rude again and hung up on me. what type of business does that? When someone asks for a quote you as a company need to be nice enough to do that. Or kindly say "you already called" I don't know how they run this business but that was rude and unprofessional. They were super busy on a Sunday but fit us in and were very reasonably priced. They were honest in telling us that we would need a new tire but that we could make it back to OC. Although this place may be in a "shady" area of Riverside, on Chicago between University and Blaine, I wouldn't let this prevent you from frequenting. Went in Sunday afternoon, 67 dollars for a new tire and valve stem with a 35,000 mile or 3 month warranty, in and out in 20 minutes. People were very polite, and they didn't even charge sales tax. That's almost a 10% discount now. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a quick tire replacement. Quick note: This place is cash only, so hit up the ATM before you arrive. read more
