Our family has been coming to this tire business for years and they are our hero's! They work quickly, and help us get back on the road whenever a "low tire" light comes on. There's a lot of construction work around our house lately and it's forcing us to drive on the shoulder of roads inevitably getting nails on the tires. So far on the last week we've been here three times with two vehicles- Tomorrow will be the third, but I already know that they will handle it as quickly as possible and for free as long as the nail is in an area that's not on the sidewall. read more

I have tire envy for Michelin brand. And I got my fix at America's Tire. The Honda dealership told me one of my tires has a screw in the side where it's not fixable. I have 72k on my original tires so it's time. The fellow at Honda said I could go to Costco or America, and beings as America is close by, I went here. Easy check in process. They try to sell whatever brands they have in stock (understandable) and my Michelins were not in stock so I had to wait. No problem! I have been having issues with my passenger rear tire going low this past week so decided to bring it in thinking it was a nail or a small leak some how. I was told by Zachary that the wires were showing from the inside of my tire in the back. Upon inspection this was becoming a reality for my other rear tire as well. Zachary let me know this is usually an issue of alignment. At first I was bummed and then confused, then angry and now satisfied although broke :-p ... Bummed because its an issue with two tires, not covered and I'm out a whopping $350 so soon after getting these tires. Confused because they were the ones to do my alignment on March 5th when I bought the tires. Angry because I was out $350 and surely they must have done something wrong in March. Now however I'm satisfied because I was able to go back and find the alignment report from March which proves they did their job. Also, I drive... I drive a lot... The receipt from March shows I was at 93k miles and today I'm at 105k... that's 12k miles in less than six months and I'm way past due for an alignment check. At first I was going to write a scathing review. Then I wasn't going to write a review because it wasn't their fault but my own. However, while I wasn't a total "Ahole", I feel that I owe the review and the findings as well as an apology to Zachary and a praise for the way he took care of me while I was there. The BEST team. My family has been going to this particular America's Tire for over a decade. There used to be two Tims working here and they were both very kind. I don't see the other Tim anymore but the tall Tim always gives fantastic customer service and is always willing to answer my silly girl-questions. I call a few days in advance to make an appointment and he's always professional and kind on the phone. Zachary, Greg and Gabriel is also very helpful and polite. All around great crew of guys. They might not be super-friendly early 7:45am/ in the morning (it's difficult being a morning person), but even when you see them having a rough morning, they're always polite and have great, fast service. My tire rotation and balance was done in 90min. (this is my 3rd positive review for America's Tire, but I'm not sure what happened to the other two from years ago) :) I'm glad their service hasn't deteriorated. Today I was told that by making an appointment I would only have to wait an hour and be in and out much quicker than the walk ins around be being told it would be a 4-5 hour wait for service. Instead I got a text after an hour saying my car was done when it wasn't. I was told it would be longer to wait for an alignment check that they recommended, and another hour an a half if i actually needed realignment. With 5 cars in front of me, not knowing if they needed alignments that would take over an hour, it was getting ridiculous not knowing how long I would have to wait. When at first this was only going to take an hour. After another hour of my car not being on the alignment rack I left with my new tires and no alignment check. My receipt when I left said estimated time of competition was 5:30 when i showed up at 12, again, with an appointment. Just tell people how long it's going to take, I wouldn't have waited if there was transparency it was expected to be 5 hours and arranged to be picked up. There's no system that prioritizes appointments apparently so why even have that service if i'm waiting the same amount of time walk ins are being quoted. read more

These guys are wonderful. My story is a bit long and confusing as I had 2 spares from 2 different cars and 1 flat tire. My husband wanted to make sure that when I went to get new tires 2 days later after the flat tire. I had a spare just incase my other bad tire blew. Anyways, there was a confuse as to putting the new tire on the flat, putting the original spare under neath and placing the extra spare in the trunk. We'll America's tire accidentally put the new tire on the extra spare, and never replaced the flat with a new tire. I was a bit frustrated but new America's tire would make it right. The extra spare was to old to put back on so the put a different tire on that matched the original. This is the very reason I have continually come back to purchase tires and will continue to do so. The guys at the LA Sierra location were so nice, kind and understanding. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am of them. Thanks boys for making it right!!! read more

Dear Manager Tim, I visited America's Tire in Riverside, CA (92505) on Friday, March 7, 2025, around 9:30 AM for a tire rotation and air pressure check. Upon arrival, I waited in line until an attendant informed me that the wait time would be approximately 10 to 15 minutes. After about seven minutes, a salesperson, Gilbert D. (Store Cal 04, CA#ARD271837, Invoice #2663922), approached me and asked me to step outside to inspect my vehicle. I informed him that I am handicapped, and I immediately noticed a change in his facial expression. He then responded in a firm and somewhat intimidating tone, saying that I didn't have to go outside if I didn't want to. It's not that I didn't want to--it's that moving around is difficult for me. When I handed him my keys, he abruptly snatched them from my hand. Later, when he returned, he walked past me without acknowledging me. I asked if everything was okay, and he briefly mentioned that my tires were at 7/32" tread depth while pointing at a board that I couldn't see. Without further explanation, he left, leaving me confused and unsure about the status of my service. I don't understand why I was treated with such disregard. This experience made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that all customers, regardless of their physical condition, are treated with professionalism and courtesy. AVOID!!!! Took my car in because there's a nail in my tire. I showed the guy where it was when I checked in but that didn't matter. They kept my car for an hour but that didn't matter either. When I picked it up they said there was no nail in my tire and my tire pressure was still good. When I said there's clearly a nail in the tire, you can visually see it with your eyes no need for soap. He called his tire guy to try and tell me there's no nail in the tire. This place will never touch any vehicle I own ever again. They're "tire people" yet won't repair your tire cause they can't find anything wrong. Probably should look for a new career or a better vision plan cause they're either blind as a bat or just too lazy to do any work. Then I get an email from the manager later with a receipt that showed they done a "free tire repair". When I sent pictures of the nail still in the tire and explained how no repair was made I didn't get any reply. Absolutely the worst customer service ever! read more

Final transaction! Bought tires 1 year ago for my daughter. Took the vehicle in because the front tires were balding already, just a few miles over 10,000...not an exaggeration. Because these tires had a 40,000 mile warranty, I took it to America's Tire. Not a joke, the attendant told us they knew these were "crap" tires. I asked how they could have sold them to my daughter if they were aware they were crap. What they offered in return was a credit towards new tires of same or greater value. Bottom line, we were left with no choice but to replace all 4 and it literally cost the same, after credits, as we paid the year before. I question the integrity of the staff, the manager who stated nothing he could do and America's Tire that they would knowingly sell "crap" tires to a woman driving children daily and putting them at risk. Shame on you guys and I know losing one buyer means nothing to your bottom line but you have lost my trust. I'll take my business elsewhere! read more

At first I was going to give this place one star but Brian the manager was able to make sure that I left extremely satisfied. I had come here a week prior because my tire pressure sensor was on . The gentleman that had helped me said that they would either patch up the tire or replace it or it . I had expressed to the gentleman that If it was going to be better to just replace the tire . He reassured me numerous times that my tire would be okay after patching it . Low and behold a few days later my tire popped on the side of the freeway . Not only was I over two hours late for my new job. I had to wait almost two hours for triple AAA to arrive . My husband recommended this place to me when I needed to replace the rear tires of my car. No appointments needed. They took me right away. The waiting time was around 1-1.5 hours. I spent my time finishing grocery shopping at Aldi next door. What a pleasant experience! I saw an outlet on the wall, so you can work in their lobby while waiting too. Just like at a coffee shop, it can save so much time. They also offer me a reasonable price on their tires. Note that their prices are not as cheap as Costco's but the waiting time and customer experience is so much better. My previous tires were purchased at Longo Toyota approximately 4-5 years ago. (You can read my review on Longo Toyota. 0 stars! They suck.) I lived very close to work (5 mins drive) and haven't been driving much since 2020 due to COVID WFH set up. And yet, my Longo Toyota purchased tires kept giving me issues and could never ever get the air pressure right! They kept leaking air since day one! They guy who "checked me in" didn't do it. 2 hours of waiting before I got someone else to correct the midstake as nobody checked with me or updated. First and foremost I LOVE Americas tire. I have gone to them for multiple years from living in Oc and going to the Fullerton location. I work in Ontario and go to their location all the time. I've gotten the worst experience here each time. I got my Subaru done here all 4 tires, all insured with their tire protection. They broke my Tpms sensors and when I told them the light was on guess what they told me. "Your sensors are broken" yeah they weren't when I got here. They did fix them but inconvenienced me hugely. Now I take my Honda a couple months later and they tell me something's wrong with my battery because my car won't turn on. MY BATTERY WAS FINE WHEN I GOT HERE and since I've left, nothing wrong. At least admit you have new techs or left my lights on. When they tried jumping my car it almost rolled backwards and my bumper almost hit a tree because the tech didn't understand an electric E brake won't work when there's NO CURRENT since they had to jump my car to give it back. I am a Tesla user/driver and I fully understand that there are Tesla haters out there however, I had service done at this location and a technician filled my tires to 45 psi but the driver side front tire was filled to 65 which is a dangerous level. The car had warning lights stating it was filled too much. I would not recommend this business to any Tesla owner because of this incident. Beware. read more
