This Rent-A-Wheel absolutely gets my 5 star "Whoohoo! As good as it gets!" review. I've done business with RAW for over 15yrs from the Inglewood location, Moreno Valley location and now Riverside CA. By far this one in Riverside is the absolute BEST experience I have had overall. I wasn't sure if I wanted another set of commuter tires for my stock wheels or a new set of wheels and tires to give the whip a uncommon touch. I was assisted by Ms."KiKi", who is extremely knowledgeable about the inventory and limits for this commuter car. I am oh so content with the price and payments that will have this purchase paid before the crazy inflated price after the 120d. Anyone in need of stock tires, aftermarket wheels/tires be sure to hit them up at this location- Can't say no one told you :-). Good luck to all locations but this one has the follow up and follow thru... MUCH THANKS! read more

If I can give 10 stars I would. My husband called this location to inquire about rims and tires for my car and he spoke with Emmitt. Emmitt went above and beyond in providing information and assisting us with pricing and availability. My husband told him that we were driving almost 2 hrs away so we wanted to make sure they had what we wanted. Emmitt was kind enough to send pictures and specs of the rims. Once we got there, he was so helpful and attentive. We ended up leaving with new rims and tires that make my car look 10x better! We appreciate your superb customer service skills and kindness. The entire staff there, Keke and Julius, to the helpful guys who installed the rims and tires, thank you! You made the process so easy. I would definitely recommend this location.
