Even though this shop didn't have the tire we were looking for, we got a used one that was sufficient enough for us to get back home safely to Temecula. I have to say, I was extremely surprised at how fast and easy this was!! We weren't even there for 20 minutes and it was a done deal!! I've never been to a tire shop for less than an hour!! Love it!! The tire was super cost efficient, Diego provided excellent friendly service, and the wait was not even long at all!! High key, they get a lot of business here and I can see why. Trust this mechanic, I don't say that flippantly or without fantastic reason, which I'll share: I called to ask if I could bring her the used car I was considering buying from a local used car dealership to give the car an independent inspection. I simply said what I was hoping for, an independent inspection from a local mechanic (I live in Los Angeles & traveled out to Norco to look at this car), that I was looking for a used Japanese or Korean car, & my price range. As soon as I shared the name of the dealership (I didn't say anything about my experience or concerns with them, just the name), Kenni said she won't even do business with them, as they sold a used Mustang to her son whose clutch he asked them to fix, because he could tell it needed repair, they refused, and it went out about 800 miles after the warranty he purchased with this used car dealership expired, the clutch then costing $1000 to repair. Kerri also VOLUNTARILY gave me pointers for used cars, sharing that CVT's (Constant Velocity Transmissions, commonly known as Continuously Variable Transmissions) are not as reliable as other transmissions, which helped me narrow my search in cars in my budget. She also shared other GEMS of cars with recalls on engines, and how great she's found CLK 500 Mercedes cars to be. She has 38 years of experience. Warning post: I got some really poor service recently…read more I came in to have them rotate and balance the tires on my wife's car. When I left, I left with the tire sensors light on so I brought the car back immediately so they can check the tire pressures and possibly reset the TPMS sensors. While the gentleman was checking the tire pressures, it turned out that 3 of the 4 tires had low tire pressure. I was frustrated already leaving this place with the low tire pressure sensors but then to think that they balanced my tires with not even checking the tire pressure before balancing out tires? It doesn't take much to have common sense to check tire pressures before balancing tires. Two days later, my wife says that the car felt weird and unstable. Come to find out, we had lost a lug nut and were about lose a second lug nut on the same wheel. I might have saved a little money coming to these guys for a rotate and balance but thinking out loud, my family's safety isn't worth these guys lack of common sense and terrible work. They have these young kids working here that are all about speed and not the quality of work. This is just a warning post so you are aware of the type of work you could expect. Please watch there work if you decide to use these guys to work on your car. Read all other comments above, please beware.
