She proceeded to review all of my tinting options and showed me some samples against my car outside to help decide on the tinting level. I decided to go lighter then darker, so I did 30% all the way around except windshield. Before they started, I asked about the tint installation and warranty, she explained about the Llumar lifetime warranty. When I returned to pick up my car, Genesis showed me a quick video she had made as they were starting my tinting installation to answer a previous question I had asked. I appreciated the extra care she took to make this quick video just for me, most other shops would not have bothered, that's a great level of customer service that you don't see much anymore. Noberto was kind enough to give me the run down of the film they use for window tinting and what percentage of shade is available and I wasn't really planning to get my new windshield tinted. Like you, I sent estimates to all the shops through Yelp and everyone is fairly close in price for similar tint types. Scott was the only one of the multiple companies that not only answered my questions thoroughly in the estimate, but followed up days later with a text, wanting to know if I was still interested in moving forward. They tinted every window, sunroof and windshield with the ceramic tint. After the car was done and they brought it outside, I had to immediately jump on an important Zoom meeting for 30 minutes. If you are curious about the ceramic tint keeping out heat, I sat in my car the whole time with the car off, in the sun (78* outside), and the inside of the car did not get hot!! Customer service was 5 star. Scott goes above and beyond to earn and keep your business.
