Upon taking it back the owner stated that it was all new parts so that's impossible and refused to fix. We took it to two other mechanics who said that the work was done improperly. When we spoke to him again about this he began yelling aggressively and refused to fix the problem he created. My family member was shaken up. We had to pay extra elsewhere to get it fixed. Seeing his other responses to similar experiences I expect his response to this will be dismissive with no accountability. Don't do business here. Their process seemed a little too good to be true. After getting various quotes from a range of others, the price was all over the place from too cheap to extraordinarily expensive. Dr. Wheel is on the lower side of the equation. The other thing, they come to your house. Say what? Got me wondering how solid of a repair we were looking at. Well, once I dug into the process, saw that the work is warranted for a year, I figured I'd give them a shot. First, we had them do two aftermarket wheels which relatively minor damage. The result was pretty incredible. The wheels looked good as new and honestly, I couldn't remember where the blemishes were . Months later the wheels looked great. Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Not that I hope to get more curb rash on any of our wheels (nor do I wish that for you!), but if we do, we will definitely go back to them. We've already referred them to a few neighbors.
