After he removed the tire from the rim, he showed me a small puncture. He explained that it was repairable and fixed it. I was in and out, and the repair was priced reasonably, I even gave a tip! Super professional and quick service at Salgado Tire today! This morning on my drive to work, I noticed that my tire pressure was unusually low on one tire. I pulled over and tried filling it and heard a mild hissing sound. I looked up a nearby tire shop and found this one. The service was prompt, professional, and welcoming. He jacked the car, got the tire off, and showed me the fat nail in it. He ended up plugging it from the inside due to the foam lining. Took a total of 20 min and cost $25. I hope I don't need to come back but I know where I'll go from here on out! read more

In a pinch they got the job done. $25 to plug a Tesla tire seemed expensive to me. They didn't take the tire off of the rim or check the air in the other tires. I wasn't thrilled with that customer service. There were 3 attendants and I was the only customer. They didn't take resolve the nail in my tire though. read more

My family has spent over one thousand dollars at this shop in the past. My dad swore by them, which is why I trusted them enough to return. That trust was completely broken. We brought in a Bridgestone tire we had saved as a spare. When we got the vehicle back, the tire installed was a different brand entirely. We couldn't understand when or how it happened, so we went back and asked the owner to check his cameras or talk to the worker who did the job. Instead of helping, he brushed us off and told us to come back another day. No apology. No urgency. No acknowledgment that we were loyal customers. This is not how you treat people who have supported your business with over $1,000 of their hard-earned money. They lost a customer today. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! read more

I went with a nail in my tire and my tire light on and they took the nail out and tested it to make sure no air was coming out and checked all my tires air pressure and filled every one to full. They took 5 minutes and said that I was good to go no charge. Absolutely recommend this place super friendly people that want to help you out. read more

These guys are great!! Tony helped me out, real nice and honest guy. I came in with a flat tire and what I thought to be a possible alignment problem (I ran into a curb lol) and he immediately helped, showed me the hole in the tire and I knew it could not be fixed. He asked how my car reacted when it went over the curb. He told me he did not think my alignment was bad, just the tire. I have my own tire warranty at American tires so Tony just put the spare on for me and took no offense to me wanting to go elsewhere. He said get the tire first and then see how the car drives. He wasn't pushy and really helped me out and made me feel much better about the condition of my car. Just by his honest and calm demeanor, I can tell this place has integrity and would recommend them! And I'm saying this as a girl that went by herself lol. By the way, he was right!!! So I called them then told them I needed an alignment. He asked me what size were my tires. I told him 20s. So he mentioned that it will be 95$. After I told him cool I'll be there tomorrow. I came through the next day and told them I needed an alignment. First guy asked the guy I needed one. Then told me it will be 120$ since they were 20 inch wheels. I told him I called yesterday and that they mentioned it would be 95$. Then next you know they say "ok 100$ will be the lowest". That was already a red flag for me. Then he takes a look at my wheels then says that "you need an alignment because you have 2 different branded tires". I told him "what does that have to do with anything". "That don't mean anything". Deep inside I was laughing so I told them I'll go look some elsewhere. Wasted my time. Don't recommend this place. Especially for youngsters. read more

So, having gone to one of their other locations down the street for a flat repair, I came here because they also offer alignment, which they don't offer at the other location.
