I was also impressed with the receptionist who handled getting the tires from the supplier. Overall it was a great experience and I walked out happy! Hans read more

The best experience! Fermin helped me get in and out in no more than 10 minutes, very friendly, and he was the only one I found that was open on Sunday in Whittier. Apparently he is there all the time, rain or shine. I will be going to him again most likely soon ..lately there has been a lot of nails on the ground...Thank you.Fermin you are the best! TLDR: Had a punctured / flat tire. Great customer service. Knowledgeable and honest. Reasonable prices. Offers alternatives. Goes above and beyond. See below for more details. Came around 6:10 PM (closes at 7:00). They were able to service us before closing. We came in with a spare tire on. I had a flat tire in the trunk, but we learned our tire was already too damaged to repair. He showed us step by step within a timely manner what was wrong with the tire, so I can tell he is very knowledgeable and honest. He found a new tire and offered alternative choices. He also went above and beyond and filled air in our tires without being asked. Price was fair for the product and labor. Very happy with our experience here. If I ever need something done with my tires, this is the place for me. I'd recommend it to family and friends too. read more
