Had an amazing experience at Tire Zone in Whittier. Joe took great care of me from start to finish and made the whole process easy. I got four new tires installed on my Tesla Model Y, and everything was done quickly and professionally. They even checked my alignment at no charge, which I really appreciated. The techs were knowledgeable and efficient, and the wait time was surprisingly short. If you are looking for an honest shop with great pricing and top tier customer service, I definitely recommend Tire Zone. Ask for Joe, you will be in good hands. read more

This owner and the employees are great. I purchased my tires at a competitive price beating Costco and other local tire shops. Four months after I had my tires installed with an alignment my son's car rack and pinion was replaced (done at another shop), I returned and they did the realignment for free. These Guys are awesome. I came first thing in the morning for a last minute tire repair. The night before my tire suffered a flat with a large fat screw. I was able to get a quick tire inflater with the slime to make a temporary fix. The associate was able to take my vehicle in right away. They spent about 20 minutes and patched the tire up. Easy breezy experience, I would definitely come back here to replace tires when it's time. the other tire shop. They also had plenty of others they were servicing at the same time. The tire shop across the street wanted me to leave the vehicle there the whole day just to patch a tire. Needless to say, i recommend this shop over the one across the street. read more

Last year, I came here to replace all 4 tires and get an alignment done on my 2023 Tesla Model 3. Price was fair and the service was straight up solid, so I remembered this place. Came back again recently just for a tire rotation and they did it for free. While they were at it, they noticed a nail stuck in my rear passenger tire and fixed that too, also no charge. Honestly, stuff like this is rare these days. Most shops would've tried to charge for everything, but these guys didn't. Makes you want to support a business like this. I'm definitely coming back here for my next service and figured I should leave a review because they deserve it. If you're looking for a tire shop you can actually trust, this is it. read more

My new go to place for tires! Super professional with lots of choices of tires. I've been to other tire stores and they weren't as clean and well run. read more

Outstanding in every aspect. Mike and the team truly went above and beyond when performing the alignment on my daily driver. It turns out it had been in an accident before which made it difficult to get it aligned correctly, especially since there's no camber/caster adjustment from the factory. He spent way longer than he needed to make it right for me which involved installing an adjustable camber bolt, and he still offered that I could return for more adjustment if I wasn't 100% satisfied. Pricing was already fair for a basic alignment, but there was nothing basic about the service provided. As a bonus, Mike was able to accommodate my custom spec requests while also providing his own recommendations. Even though the shop is not conveniently located for me, I will absolutely be returning with my C6 Z06 for a custom alignment when it's due. Thanks again! read more

Great service at very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you are in need of new tires.

I just realized I never posted my review, and Mike absolutely deserves one. I came here by chance for new tires, and I ended up having him do wheel alignment on all three of my cars too. Mike is super friendly, knowledgeable, and explains everything clearly. You can tell he really cares about doing things right. All my cars drive smoother now. Definitely recommend this shop! read more

Mike (the owner) made me feel like family and his prices for 4 new tires + Installation blew walmart and sams club prices out of the water! And then mike adds free tire rotation and free flat "patch" repair for life of the tires! Hes not done, then he adds free patch repair to any of my cars. I never review. Mike deserves this review. Mike is the owner, and a great guy! I went in originally because I got a nail in my front right tire, his son helped me out. He was super knowledgeable and helped me decide on four new tires. While I was getting my tires installed, Mike informed me they offer free alignment testing. I agreed knowing I most likely needed it driving down Slauson and Telegraph to go to DTLA. He lifted my SUV on his machine and showed me me on the computer how my back tires were out of alignment. I agreed to have him fix it. I was in and out. I would definitely be back! Highly recommended! They offer free tire rotation and tire patch. That's why I originally went there. By the way, I had gone to several other tire shops that offer that same service for free and didn't get the same warm welcome that I received from Mike and his crew. read more

Amazing service, customer service was great! Best price in town. I will be back for sure. I went in for an alignment, rotation and patch because I had a nail. read more

Best service and alignment job. I've been to a few big name alignment places and I can say they're the worst. I've had to return multiple times, customer service is terrible, and long wait times l for a job I have to return for them to fix again. Found tire zone on Facebook and decided to try it. From me showing up to finish it took less than 45min, they did a far better job and my alignment was as perfect as you can get, and customer service is excellent and I was treated very well. I would highly recommend and will never return to other places read more

Came here last week due to getting an alert about low tire pressure. Found a screw in my tire and brought here based on the recommendation of my co-worker. I brought my wife's car in this morning for a tire repair, due to a screw in the tire. All of the staff were kind and professional. I arrived a few minutes prior to opening and the employees were on time to open up. The technician repaired the tire and I was back on the road in about 20 minutes. My son brought his car in for tires last week and said their prices were very reasonable. That's how I heard about them. I plan on bringing my car in for new tires in the near future. Overall the best experience I have had at a tire shop in a long, long time. I highly recommend this shop! read more

I rarely write reviews. The only time I do is when a business truly goes above and beyond--great service, fair pricing, and outstanding customer care. Tire Zone checks all those boxes. I took my Tesla in for an alignment, and not only did they have the best price around, but the service was honest and straightforward. If you own a Tesla and are looking for an alignment, look no further. I can almost guarantee you won't find better pricing anywhere in the area. They even threw in extra services at no additional cost, which is rare these days. I think they had to do something extra to fix my steering, which was pulling slightly to the right. Overall, an excellent experience. read more

This place is a bit of a gem-- called a few places and they were closest to me with the best price. Got my new wheels installed including swapping tires, TPMS sensors, balancing etc. Excellent service, friendly, great prices (beat out most around the area), good communication... easy in and out without an appointment as well. Left there super impressed and happy. Definitely will be back in the future. Thanks guys! read more

Excellent staff, professional, friendly, quick diagnosis. Clean and updated location. Would come back for sure.

Contacted them about getting an alignment and they were better priced than other local shops. I was in and out in maybe 30 minutes, which is really fast. I decided to go with the lifetime alignment because the dealer always tells me that my alignment is off, whenever I get an oil change. Next time the dealer says anything, I can always confirm if the dealer is lying because I can go back to check the alignment. After 3 times, the alignment breaks even, which is a good deal. Joe was really helpful and friendly. It's a very clean shop and well maintained. read more

Joe and Mike are so friendly and responsive! Best customer service, highly recommend for all your tire needs!

Best Shop in town for sure. I recently picked up my old 05 bmw 330ci and had two rear tires replaced from Premium tires in Whittier (I would not recommend them) they made big scratch on my wheels and wheel balances were seriously messed up. Anyway I went to Tire Zone for the alignment and the owner Mike and his staffs were very friendly and knowledgeable. They finished the job really quick and perfectly. I'm very satisfied with this service. They suggested me to replace front tires since they are too old and cracking on sidewalls and gave me a quote and it's surprisingly unbeatable price in town 100%. I want to give them 10 stars if yelp allow me to. The place is nice and clean as well! I definitely recommend this price!! read more

Had a flat tire. I contacted Joe, the office manager at Tire Zone on Whittier Blvd. This is a fairly new store, and it is in very clean condition. Mike offered to check my tire for free to see if it could be repaired at no cost to me. Upon inspection, the tire was damaged beyond repair. I was able to purchase a new, high quality tire for a very reasonable price. Installation took only 15 minutes. I am totally satisfied with my experience at this store. Do yourself a favor: Don't buy a tire anywhere else unless you've talked to Joe first. I would advise everyone to call Joe before going elsewhere. read more
