Found a nail in one of my car's tires, after noticing that it looked low. And, indeed, the presdure in the tire was less than half the maximum recommended air pressure. So, I called Valley View Tire & Wheel because they were recommended to me. Within 10 minutes they had the wheel off, tire removed, removed the nail, inspected the inside of the tire, patched the nail hole, re-inflated the tire on the rim, and put the wheel back on again. Back in Dec '23 I got my front brake service done. I also replaced my rotors. After all these years I don't even fret about the price because I trust Adrian. He always quotes my options. But this review is about the service from yesterday April 15th. When you put in new brakes and new rotors, sometimes you might hear some noise, so I know to drive the car at least a few hundred miles. Well the noise this time did not go away and since I moved further away it took a while before my schedule would allow me to get back to the shop. In January my ball joint and front axle needed replacing, so that other shop told me to get an alignment, because they don't specialize in tires. So I knew a trip to Valley View Tires was in my future. So I came in for the alignment, then I remembered the squeaking brakes after I left the shop. I just called Adrian and he said, just come right back, we will take a look. They test drove the car, found it was the front brakes, then started to fix it by re-machining the rotors. I was surprised, but Adrian told me that when it rains, (as it has been all winter) the water can get in there and warp the rotors somehow. He re-machined or "turned" the rotors at no extra cost, since I had just bought them in Dec and there is a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty. read more

Right out f of the gate... as in got out of my truck and was walking to the front office... and true to my last experience, they walked out to greet me and my tire was already being worked before we were done trading pleasantries. Guess who had a nail in tire? I did!! I past a couple spots in route during the 7am hour and 2 of them were supposed to be open but nope! I went to my regular place. Closed!! A little frustrating because it's now the 8am hour and nothing is open. Valley View tires is actually very close to my house. This site got my eye attention my mind told me to come here because of the break and rotor need actually change . The quality they use was great and good service that I believe this tire shop is fast and go. They get you in and out right of way . The value was excellent my break and rotor I will come back again for it. Now this is my to go place change break and rotor but the oil change I didn't really ask them because don't need at the moment. But I would definitely come back again for next service. I have always brought my cars here and never had a problem. I now have a Toyota Tacoma which I brought in 4 times. First time I was told I had too much air in my tires. A week later the tire pressure light goes on again. Now we're here a second time and apparently I don't have enough air in my tires which they took out and I told the mechanic. A week later again the light goes on so now it's my third time and now they tell me it' might be my sensors but my air is still low so they fill it up and the manager drives my truck around to make sure the sensor reset. A fourth time I go back and an older man is there and tells the mechanic to o just put air in my tire. Not once did they take my tire off to check even though I asked and gave them the key for the rim. Im a single mom of a child with autism so going to the shop is a whole ordeal. I ended up buying a air pump and putting air until I could fix the tire. Today I finally was able to go to take it in. I went to a different shop and they pulled out a big o nail from my tire that if valley view tires had just listened to me and helped me ot would of been fixed a long time ago. I'm so disappointed we could of been hurt if this tire popped on the freeway just because of Their dismissive service. I was never rude and always waited. I get being busy but if you didn't have the time or just didn't want to help me it could of been said. The shop I went to today had 10 times the cars and they resolved my problem in 30 minutes. read more

They have amazing services with great prices here! My highlander needed 4 new tires and our Corolla needed 2 and break pads. Let's just say I have been shopping around and they had the best quote. I can also go back and get my tires rotated for free and any patch job if I needed it as well. I paid 480 for my highlander 4 new tires and alignment and for the Corolla it was 380 for 2 new tires alignment brake pads and 20 bolts for new rims we were adding.
