The employee told me there was a nail in the tire, repaired it, and assured me it was fixed and that I wouldn't have any more problems. Exactly one week later, my tire was low again. I took my vehicle to another tire shop for a second opinion. They repaired the tire while I watched and showed me that Salina's had only inserted a plug where the nail was instead of performing a proper repair. I was shocked. I trusted them to fix my tire correctly, but instead they sent me back on the road with a temporary fix while telling me everything was fine. This isn't just poor workmanship, it's a serious safety issue. When you take your car to a repair shop, you expect honesty and quality work, not shortcuts that could put you and your family at risk.
