Got new 33" tires/wheels and alignment on my new 2025 Tacoma done on Thursday 10/30/25. They look nice and were priced good but after the new wheel/tire setup there was a lot of shaking on the seats and steering wheel when hitting 70-80 mph. I called the shop to have them recheck the alignment/balance and they said to stop by to get it fixed. Stopped by Sunday 11/2/25, showed the young guy a video of the steering wheel shaking and they said they would recheck it. When they were done they said it was good and on my drive back home it was still the same shaking on the steering wheel and seats. I gave them the opportunity to fix it but unfortunately they couldn't. I'm not sure if they just have inexperienced tech when balancing or maybe their machine is off? Anyway I took it to another shop to rebalance the wheels and 200$ later the other shop significantly improved the shaking and showed me how off the tires were when they balanced them here. TDLR: Expect to go to another shop and spend more $$ to balance your wheels correctly if your steering wheel/ seats are shaking at 70-80mph after getting new wheels here. Prob won't recommend this place to others read more

My daughter texted us saying I ran over a screw. To help out I offered to take the care in for repair. She bought the tires at 562 an good treated respectfully and got a good deal. So why not have the repair it. Took less than an hour to get in an get it done. Very reasonably priced. Place is busy and parking may be a bit tricky but they do have space and will work really fast. read more

Got 4 MR502 wheels and Falken Wildpeak AT Trail 2 months ago and the service, installation and price were great. Called in the morning and they had the new-in-box wheels and tires ready by that afternoon! Recently, I had an issue with the finish on one of the wheels (manufacturer defect and contacted Method directly). I told them I got my tires at 562 and their response was that 562 Tires was one of their best customers and to work with them to RMA the wheel. 562 handled the replacement smoothly. Terrible customer service. Have been a returning customer for some time and every time it is all eye rolls with their workers. Came in for a simple wheel alignment and even test drove it! Seemed to be working well! Until before I headed out, a worker stopped me to "fix" one more thing. Well, drove back home with the most crooked steering wheel. Their service is good but their business practice/pricing scheme was not a good experience. One Saturday I called and was quoted on the phone by Jared for 4 pcs Falken Wildpeaks at "$900 all in". I again confirmed the price with Jared when I arrived at their shop and he said "$900 all in". We even fist bump on it. Their Tech did a very good job! But when it was time for me to pay, Jared asked me how I was going to pay, so I said by card, then thats when he told me that he will charge me for Sales Tax. He never mentioned this during our transaction. When I get quoted "all in" , the other tire shops normally mean their price include installation, balancing and sales tax. I felt deceived by 562 Tires as I honestly didn't expect this kind of business practice from 562 Tires but I just swallowed it and paid it. I didn't argue and instead I decided not to buy from this tire shop again. 562 Tires reminded me of what my friends told me about their own bad experience from tire shops in downtown LA area. So 3 weeks later i needed 4 pcs Pirelli Tires for my bmw and I bought it from a different tire shop in the area. Today, I bought 4 pcs of Good Year A/T tires for my pickup truck and I am happy with my business transaction with the other tire shop. It just reminded me how bad my experience was with 562 Tires, very opposite. Guys just be careful when you do business with this tire shop. read more

I went in to ask about new wheels and tires for my RAV4. Pedro and Carlos are absolute studs. They were super helpful but more importantly, they were not pushy salesman. I felt comfortable and not rushed. I ended up purchasing a set of rims and tires and they put them on in under an hour.
