Came to this place because I've been looking for a muffler upgrade and found them on social media. Very friendly, hectic but understandable with how busy it can get. The muffler technician did the majority of the welding which was decent (definitely could've been cleaner welds) but I felt like the technician felt rushed due to multiple people lining up. He had a helper do some of the welds on the right side of my exhaust and completely missed a section. Called and they said to bring it in to get it touched up. Unfortunately I took an hour and half drive down there to get the work done. read more

I called around because I was already informed that it wasn't my tire, it was the actual rim. I called Premier and was handled with patience and transparency. I dropped my car off so I can make it back to work on time. The turnaround time was impeccable; I had my car back before my shift even ended. And to add, I feel the service provided was fair and transparent from beginning to end. Being a woman, we're often manipulated as people assume we don't know much about cars, but the cost was very fair and not overpriced at all. I had a good experience with these guys. After talking off and on with the shop since January about getting the rims on my Chevy Blazer powder coated, I finally showed up about 3 weeks ago. They promised an approximate 3 day turnaround, but were finished in 2. The cost was $165 per wheel for my 18 inch rims. The wheels look good, and as far as I can, as of today the work was well done! Came in for a repair on the front right rim that had an inner chip caused by a nearby tire shop , Jonathan would quickly come by and assess the issue at hand and would inform me step by step what happened that caused the issue in the first place , he would inform me the tire place didn't properly balance the tire and a loose sensor was causing a sound. Jonathan would quickly give an estimate for how much i'd have to pay. I was in and out within the hour thanks to the awesome hard workers here . I hit 50,000 miles on my mustang and the prognosis was I needed 4 new tires. I figured. I was quoted $1300 at another tire company almost half was labor. WHAT? I told them I'd shop around. Luckily I mentioned it to a cousin who highly recommended Premier Tires. Although they didn't have my size at the time they allow me to order and come back Monday. They called me early to tell me tires had arrived and so I stopped by after work. I didn't need to wait around they literally got started before the engine was off. It was my first time here. I intentionally wanted to go to Pro Tires, which is on the other side of this one, but they were extremely busy and I just didn't want to wait. I was going to go to another place and Siri directed me here. I am so glad it did! I drove in and a guy directed me to drive straight into their lot. A guy name Paulo helped me out right away. I told him that all the tires were replaced (all new) just a month ago and the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) sensor light was on. So he checked all the tires and it was the front driver's side tire sensor that needed replacement. It cost $45 so I told him to go ahead and take care of it. It took about 10 minutes to get it done! I was very impressed it was quick!....considering there were 3 other customers! These guys rock! I would definitely be back for future tire issues! Therefore, I highly recommend these guys! I had a nail in my tire and this place was PACKED with cars in a pretty unorganized fashion but for $10 I was in & out. And my tire is fixed. No longer leaking air. Pep boys or somewhere similar would have probably charged me $50+ and tried to upsell me on some BS. Can't speak Spanish? You might need it. But there's a lot of friendly patrons standing by waiting too to help you out. So don't trip about that. This place isn't for everyone. Evidence is key. Otherwise, the shop will simply deny all wrongdoings. Super fast and friendly service from every one I dealt with. And would absolutely come back again! One thing to pay attention to is when you pull in to the parking lot/driveway, make sure you go down the little alley past the red and white building, and turn right to get to the shop. I had a need for a mobile wheel repair specialist and my wife came across this company. I unfortunately had my wheel kiss the curb on my 2019 Range Rover Sport SC. It tends to happen with me for some reason and I was not happy. Marco was scheduled to repair my wheel at my residence and he was awesome. He called me from right in front of my car which I had put outside for him to access and didn't even need me to come out. No stress at all. Within 20-30 minutes he was done. It was perfect. He even buffed out another scratch that I didn't know was there. So much of this type of service is based on how a company communicates and I can't say enough good things about Marco and Premier. How can I NOT give a glowing review? My family has lived in the area for many years and Premier has provided us with affordable tires & patch ups since forever. I recently made my way down here for my mangled-nonexistent breaks & they took real good care of me. The space is limited and isn't well manicured because work gets done here. There's a consistent flow of patrons all day and the wait will get long during peak hours. If your straight up with them they return the favor.
