I have been a loyal Revolution Tired & Wheels for years but when I recently discovered that Miriam sold it, I was initially apprehensive about placing my loyalty and $$$ to an owner I knew nothing about. Do not go here if you value your wheels. Went here 3/4/26, paid $160 for tire mount+wheel balance. After driving home, I noticed that the wheel hub area was scratched/paint chipped on all 4 wheels and 2/4 valve stem caps were missing. Mind you, these wheels are brand new, worth $3.6k. Went to call to see if they had my other valve stem caps, and they said they don't know. When I drove over, all of a sudden, they had them. read more

I went there for an alignment and the guys there were very professional saw they were busy And I thought they wouldn't be able to help I should have called. But they said to give them a minute and try to help i offered to come back but they started moving cars to do my alignment. I appreciate that. They got my car in the alignment machine not only did my alignment they also did a full inspection and found out some issues a had no idea. Bought COSTCO rims at a good price to update my aging but still nice looking minivan. COSTCO WILL do a "wheel swap" for a nominal fee, BUT I went to Revolution and got a price for the wheel swap at NOT much more than quoted at COSTCO. I SUPPORT local, COSTCO has enough of my money and I am happy to have quality service done by people I can come back to with any questions. I feel like it's a better deal in the long run. I went here for a simple break fix after a small noise. The workers were super nice but that was just to cover their lying. They said they drove my car around and fixed the problem. In their parking lot while leaving I head and felt that same noise! Then when I went back they started saying "your car drives like a boat" and a list of generic car issues. I knew what the problem was that being my rear breaks. I went to these people 4 different times just for the rear breaks and was lied to and had my time wasted. My first visit was Nov 13th and just got my car fixed and back today Dec 24th. After being questioned about who did my breaks like that wasn't the reason for me being there in the first place. This particular incident happened within 1 month of repair - I only found out after going to a local shop where I moved to. First off, this wasn't the incident I was speaking on. 2. Even after the second incident when my pan gasket was leaking 8 months after the repair, your mother told me I need to come in for to confirm the new issue would be covered since your warranty is limited - which I understand. Ultimately - there was putty...on this part ...never should have been putty ... you failed to do the bare minimum..this isn't even a mistake..it's intentional...I wouldn't even trust you to do the repair given that fact. read more

The mechanic that spoke over the phone with me was very sly claiming new management and seemed very customer service oriented. There wouldn't be any problems accept for them straight lying to my face. After 2 weeks of normal, local commuting there was a flapping noise. When I called to speak to them about it the guy claimed he remembered the car and tried to pawn it off as old front end suspension. Which had he driven the car, like he claimed, would have known where the sound was coming from, the rear. Maybe he didn't understand what customer service means, after finally convincing him to just drive the car 20 feet you could hear the sound. Instead of just spending the 20 minutes on fixing issue tells me that there are other customers to work on in front of me.... before the end of November? Poor customer service, since I was in his face making him do the work I paid for he put me off. Needless to say I'm taking the 6 cars I'm in charge of elsewhere. If you've gotten this far in the review, hopefully you will to. There are like 6,000 other mechanics on Lincoln to choose from. Just a crappy experience on Christmas Eve. read more

I wanted to come back to and share my experience over the last 4 years. I have since purchased 20 tires from Miriam. 5 sets of 4. Each time I've gone there they have saved me money (In some case hundreds of $'s). The service is always consistently good. Tires are a commodity and all priced about the same, so you want the best price on the installation from a shop that does it right. They've never cut any corners and I've not had one issue with my tires or the alignments. This is a perfect example of a family owned business doing it right. I was recommended by a friend to see David from Revolution Tires and Wheels to have my 98 Ford Ranger lifted. I have never had a vehicle lifted before and I didn't know where to start or what I needed to have my Ranger raised. David was great from the start! I showed him a picture I had found from the internet of what I wanted my Ranger to look like and David made it happen! I interacted a lot with Miriam who takes care of all the administrative aspects of the business. She did tons of research and legwork to get all the parts I needed to have my truck lifted. Miriam and her son David are a great family team. I had a very specific request today for one of my vehicles. They raised my vehicle perfectly that's sitting on TEIN coilovers, Replaced 4 new tires (I went wider for comfort from 215/40 R18 to 225/40R18) on my old plug-in Prius, did my zero weight synthetic oil change, changed all my wiper blades front and back, and aligned my vehicle on their precision Hunter rack. It rides like a new car and now I'm excited about the comfort I will be having on the torturous, bumpy, and lumpy 405 freeway for my work commute to LA. In the past I have also ordered and had mounted 4 new 22" Continental tires, balanced, aligned my Audi Q7 TDI, and Pirelli PZEROs on my F10 BMW M5 and aligned perfectly. They are simply the best and David's knowledge of cars and specs you can always count on and getting it right with care as if he's working on his own car. I came here to order some tires to be stretched, and the staff were able to do that! The prices are nice, and they are honest with their work. They were able to stretch 225 tires on a 10.5" wide wheel for me! They have a Cheetah in order to mount the tire, which many shops do not have. I felt compelled by my excellent experience to write this review after choosing Revolution Tires & Wheels for my 3-inch lift and new tires for my 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee (ZJ). Miriam and the guys at Revolution Tires are professional, friendly, and great to work with. I first contacted them while gathering quotes from different companies. I had purchased a 3-inch BDS Suspension Kit and was looking to get it installed and also get new tires. I was using a shoddy Bluetooth device while driving, so I was probably yelling unnecessarily and asking to repeat a lot of answers, which I imagine would be very annoying to any customer service representative. But Miriam, the lady answering the phones, is very high caliber and professional. She was very patient, and I'm grateful for her excellent service. So, right off the bat I was impressed by their customer service and professional demeanor. Finally, I decided to go with Revolution Tires because of their proximity to my work and residence, their good reviews, and the quote they gave me. They went above and beyond the call of duty. My Jeep is kind of old, so it had more than its share of rusted bolts, and parts that needed to be replaced. They did it, and were very reasonable. They wound up working longer than expected, and did not go overboard on their quote, which as a customer I can definitely appreciate. So, not only are they honest, they're also willing to go the extra mile for their clientele. Finally, the test of their product. In addition to the BDS suspension kit installation, I also purchased 4 Falken WildPeak All Terrain tires. The day after the installation of the tires and suspension, I took the Jeep to Saline Valley, which is a very secluded valley next to Death Valley. It's a secluded place where very few go. As soon as I hit the dirt road, I noticed the difference. With the tires and suspension, that dirt road was exactly where the Jeep wanted to be. Even over a bumpy and rocky mountain pass, the Jeep sailed like a dream. The only minor things that went awry with the Jeep had nothing to do with suspension or tires. In essence, the quality of the product was above par. So yes. I am VERY happy with Revolution Tires & Wheels and plan on going there in the future for all my future wheel and tire needs! read more
