Backstory: had brakes previously replaced at Euro Car Masters (AVOID THEM) only to have my brakes squeaking again. After waiting all day for an oil change, was told the rotors were scored and the pads were wrong and my brake fluid was shot. They replaced the brakes unDer warranty and I paid for the brake fluid replacement. Another entire day lost. A week later, my manual clutch feels spongy. Maybe its just me I thought...until tonight (saturday), and my 2020 124 spider wont go into gear. Ai told me there was likely an air bubble in the brake/clutch fluid. Ofc the shop isnt open until monday. Frantically i called mobile mechanics to bleed my slave cylinder. Jeremy texted me back immediately after missing my call to confirm he could do it. An hour or so later, he bled the system but only half the gears worked. He then suspected a linkage misalignment, and broke down the console to realign it manually. Half hour later, all gears worked. 2 for 2 in less time than my oil change took at the other hellhole. Jeremy saved me thousands because another shop would have replaced my clutch, then the entire transmission, and potentially STILL miss the bleed and linkage. Bright side: I found a killer new MOBILE mechanic that is available weekends. What a gift. Jeremy, youre my hero. ‍

I had the brakes and rotors replaced on my 2017 Silverado, and everything went smoothly. What really stood out was his honesty. I also had him take a look at my other vehicle and give me a quote, but instead of trying to make another sale, he told me the brakes didn't need to be replaced yet and to give him a call back in a few months. Hard to find an honest mechanic like that. Great work, fair pricing, and someone I'll definitely be using again.

Excellent Service, Great Price, and Very Professional!…read more I highly recommend Jay's Mobile Service! My car was overheating, and instead of having to deal with the hassle and expense of taking it to a shop, the mechanic came directly to my house and took care of the problem. The price was great, and the service was excellent! What really stood out to me was the customer service. He took the time to text me multiple times afterward to check in and see how my car was running. That kind of follow-up shows that he genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his work. It's hard to find a mechanic who is reliable, reasonably priced, and actually follows up after the job is done. I'm very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Jay's Mobile Service to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic. I'll absolutely be keeping his number for future repairs! Thank you for the great service!

Highly recommend!!…read more Jay was very helpful and thorough. I hired him to do a pre-purchase inspection for a used vehicle purchase from Premier CDJR. Based on his findings, he recommended requesting a short term warranty upon purchase for a possible oil leak. Initially, the dealership agreed to the warranty and said the findings were due to a "sloppy clean up" by their technicians. At the signing table they refused to add a short term warranty and we come to find out they specifically serviced the vehicle for a "possible oil leak concern" when they received the car at their dealership. We got up and walked out immediately. Jay's thoroughness saved me from a massive financial mistake. He caught mechanic issues the dealership explicitly lied about and tried to hide. I will be hiring him for future services!
