Cut to this week when I spoke to the new owner Raul and from that moment, he put my apprehension at ease. Raul was transparent and supportive of my questions and needs regarding a complete tire replacement & alignment. Raul offered recommendations including Falkins to replace my stock Michelins on my 2025 G70 3.3T. I placed my order 1-day in advance with Matthew, who I met the previous day and who remembered me and I of him 2-years ago when I was last there. He was just great, engaging and also put my mind at ease as he walked me through the process. Today and rolled out with a new set that I am more than happy with and the team did nothing short of a level of excellence from start to finish. Also, the price for all was more than competitive!!! Fortunately got recommended to Mr Son place by a friend, and his skill is unmatched. He gave me all the options including cnc and a more budget friendly version manual fix, which he set the expectation up front that wont be as near perfect as cnc but for sure will be better. I went with the second option given just stock rim and will just get aftermarket wheels later. However, his cnc price per wheel is still really reasonable can't complain. The result is spectacular for a manual fix, can't even tell the old spots are there unless I stick my eyes few inches away. Big bonus that Mr Son is extremely hospitable and make you feel like a that one dependable uncle in the family. Cheers!
