I tried to resolve the issue with them but it was as if I wasn't a concern. No calls backs No concern at all. They proceeded with telling me I have to go through the manufacture rather than them rectifying the issue. This is poor customer service and if you ask me fraud. I'm a pretty reasonable guy but this could have been handled differently . The sad truth of running a business incorrectly and lack of customer service.

I brought in my 2023 Audi Q4 e-tron to get the front brake calipers and rear drums painted in glossy black. The owner did an incredible job--the workmanship is top-tier, crisp, and clean. It completely transforms the look of the car, and the finish is flawless. Beyond the stellar quality of the work, the customer service was amazing. The owner's communication was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, clear, and kept me updated throughout the process. On top of that, his pricing is very competitive compared to other places I looked at. I'm uploading some before and after photos so you can see the difference for yourself. High-quality work, great communication, and fair pricing--what more can you ask for? I highly recommend him to anyone looking to level up their ride. I'll definitely be back!

My Lexus wheels were damaged from acidic wheel cleaner being used on them at some point, so I made an appointment for wheel painting. Went in on Tuesday, he took his time and went over all options for me, and gave me his recommendation for what would look closest to how the wheels looked from the factory. I went with his recommendation. Wednesday morning he texts me saying it's done. I show up and the car looks amazing. The wheels look as close to factory as possible without having Lexus do it for an arm and a leg (and done in 24 hours!). I couldn't be happier and highly recommend his services. Fair price and quality work. 5 stars.

He clearly explained what he could and couldn't do, which helped me fully understand my options and set realistic expectations for the results. What really stood out was that he didn't just try to sell me a service--he actually recommended alternatives and even referred me to other shops to make sure I could get exactly what I was looking for. That level of honesty and integrity is rare. He also advised that, in my situation, a full powder coat would likely achieve the best result rather than a spot repair, even though that's a service he no longer offers. I ultimately didn't go with him for the repair, but I genuinely appreciated his transparency and honesty, and I will be looking into the shops he recommended. I would definitely consider him again in the future based on this experience.
