Got tires here about 2 weeks ago and noticed my car started shaking alot, so they told me to take them back to the place I got them and have them check them, well take my husband with me and we weren't rude about it at all, just explained what was happening and the whole time the guy doing the tires was so rude, he then tells us it's another tire, so my husband tells him ok how much to replace and he says 50, I asked why if he charged me 45 last time and he looks at my husband and yells telling him because you made me take off the other one, my husband wad like wow don't yell at me, we go talk to his boss or owner of this place and literally can careless, this place is very unprofessional! We bought a used tires 7 days ago. Came back to rotate them and the tire that was replaced by them was no good for a rotation. Can't speak highly enough about this place! My 2y/o and I got a flat on the freeway and my nerves were shot. It was close to closing time (and after being turned away from the place a few doors down) they graciously accepted us... they did not exploit the situation and charged us only $25 for the tire even though I did not have the lock thing to get the wheel off and give no real idea what the usual charge would be... I went to their Auto repair shop a block over, my Mustang 2013 was leaking coolant from somewhere and so I took it in, the guy that helped me out was Neftalí, he was cool and really knows his stuff, he found the leak and showed me to see where it was coming from. Looks: This shop is right on pioneer where what i call "tire row" is. It's a small out door shop very modest in size and set up.The tires and equipment seems organized and ready for every costumer that drives in. Service/Experience: I have the worse luck with tires, I pop them and wear them out like crazy.I was recommend to this shop by my neighbor. The guys that work here are super helpful, polite, and quick which i like. I'm always a little weary with mechanics and people that deals with cars because i feel like they're always trying to up sale and get one over you but just being a great judge of people and i do my research these guys are honest with prices that are fair and moderate. Promo: I don't think they have any promos but when i plug my popped tires its about $8 dollars and today i bought a used tired for $25... I tip my mechanics and you should too. Overall experience: Even though i should probly get a stamp card for maybe a free tire for all the times i come here i feel that the price is low for the great and fast work these guys put it.I will definitely be coming back hopefully not as often as i do though. read more

If I could give this place ZERO Stars I would. U will be SCAMMED twice!!!! U will get a used tire BUT they will destroy your sprockets and bolts, during installation. Triple A came to fix a flat tire for me they couldn't even change my tire because the bolts were so badly installed. They first blamed it on the Triple A guy & then they said it was wear and tear. As I was talking to manager, I watched them quote people different prices for the SAME exact used tire. Then they told me I can take it to a mechanic which they work with to get my nuts and bolts fixed. They will damage your car when you think you're saving money. read more

I would give this business a negative rating if I could. They changed my two front tires and removed all of my balancers from both rims. I had a full week of work so I couldn't go back once I realized what they had done. The balancers they took off screwed up my alignment which costed me $100 at Nissan. Not only did they removed the balancers, they also filled both tires past 45psi. I'm not sure what I did to these guys, but I was courteous and respectful the entire time. Truly disappointed and recommend that no one waste their time or money here. read more

BEWARE with pricing!! I came here to get my tires balanced. Before I agreed to any services, I asked Dude #1 the price and it was $5 a tire. I went to Dude #2 to pay ($20 for all 4 tires) and when Dude #1 was done balancing my tires, he said it was $25 total. I told him I had already paid with Dude #2. My sister had bought some tires from these guys before and recomended them. I talked to this guy, I don't remember his name, but was super nice and helpful. He gave me the best price out of all of the places I called. Abut $7 per tire less. I went to the shop and was talking to the guy I had spoke to on the phone and he gave me another $2.50 off each tire. I thought they were great. I would recomend this place. Love this tire shop. I've been going there for approximately 3 years. Their always quick and super helpful. I recently had to change all 4 tires on my little Scion XD. I decided to do a little research at different shops though. Waste of time. All the shops I visited didn't carry my tire size and if they did it was going to be really expensive. You cannot beat thier prices. Ask for Betty. Brand name tires, yep, just about all of them from Pirelli to Goodyear to Yokohama to Toyo. While youd think that the big box Americas tire along with their national purchasing power would be the low price leader, right? WRONG!!! This Southern California Small business blows them all away. The same Goodyear tires were cheapest at Pep Boys at $504.00 AFTER a $112.00 mail in rebate, however, they ran me $344.00 INCLUDING installation, valve stems, tax & balancing. On top of that they will hokk you up after with a four wheel alignment for $35.00 flat. that's 40% cheaper than most places. They are very busy, but very friendly & honest about both their pricing & profit margin. Yes, they make a nice 25 - 30% profit, but they are still 25 - 30% less expensive than all the major tire shops, which make 50 - 60% profit margins & will haggle all day just to drop 5% of the price. These guys pricing starts well below the best negotiated price you will find anywhere else. I am from Arizona, & know the CEO of America's Tire fairly well & he regularly visits with a few of my family members back in AZ, but for me El Mofles is the only choic e for those that appreciate value just as much as they do quality. I recommend El Mofles, talk to Betty, to all of my family now, all of my friends & to anyone else that will listen. Hands down, they cannot be beat. Call around, check them out.
