They will not only check everything for you, they will make sure that others recommendations are necessary, but they will help you save money all the way around. My first experience with Ramirez TIRE shop was over 20 years ago. I had gotten my tires fixed and I had also gotten my brakes done the same day. I had an accident that day and I remember blaming them for it and then I realize that it was the brakes that were done after the tires so I really wasn't sure who had forgotten to tighten my bolts up . I remember being so upset, that I went up to the tire shop and they were so helpful from the moment I arrived and from day one they were like, " quality no worries we've got you, we will take care of you" and since then, and after realizing that it probably was not their error on their part, I promised that I would support them every way possible because they were the real deal. We've had several cars and they are the only ones I trust. they have always supported us and this community. Went because I had a nail in my tire, and as soon as I pulled up to get out, Jose was already at my door welcoming me with warm greetings and informing me he had already seen the tire when I pulled in. He explained all my options and gave me his recommendations, which I appreciated because of his upfront honesty and not trying to just sell me something. He provided me with more knowledgeable information about my tires, what to look for, and how to maintain them. Went in for a used tire, I've always paid about $35 for used tires everywhere else. They charge you $50 plus tax for the cheapest tire. But you're paying $30 for tire and $20 for labor, that was kind of odd. The lady at the window has no customer service skills either. read more
