I called ahead because I was concerned about my tire pressure, and they immediately told me to come in--no hesitation, just genuine willingness to help. When I arrived, the owner (I believe) personally took care of me. He was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. He checked all four of my tires thoroughly and made sure everything was safe and good to go. What really stood out was that he wouldn't accept any payment. That level of honesty and generosity is rare, and it left a lasting impression on me. It's not just about the service--it's about how they treat people. If you're looking for a trustworthy, kind, and professional tire shop, this is the place to go.

No warranty on the part, since I brought it in myself, which is totally understandable. I'll definitely bring my car here again in the future if I need anything done. It is rare to see a business with all 5-star reviews. There were 76 reviews at the time I found…read morethis business on Yelp so it was a statistically significant number of reviews. This convinced me to try them out and I am so happy I did! They absolutely deserve their streak (now 77) of 5-star reviews. I had been looking to fix the TPMS on my 2012 Toyota Rav4 for over a year and had been turned off by the estimates I received from the Toyota dealership and Pepboys, my two go-to options for the maintenance and repair needs for my two old cars (I also have a 2008 Toyota Yaris). I felt the price quoted to me was not worth the value of having working TPMS sensors, so I was just resigned to having the TPMS lights turned on for as long as I had the vehicle (which I intend to keep for life). For some reason, I thought I'd give it one last try and I found GTS on Yelp. They were very responsive when I first asked for an estimate and it was much, much lower than what Toyota and Pepboys quoted. So I went ahead with the service, and when they found out that one of the sensors was still working, they told me it didn't need to be replaced and thus brought down the cost even more. They worked on it very quickly so I was able to just wait in their very comfortable and air-conditioned lounge until they were done. I was extremely happy with my overall experience! I believe they also do other auto repair and maintenance work so I will try those out in the future. If the service they provide on those is the same level as what I got on my TPMS repair, then they will have my business on my two old cars for life!
