Very dissatisfied with this place and service. Came to get a grill and lights for my jeep and it was the worst decision I could have made. Tony did not explain the details correctly. I was told install would occur on a certain day but I had to call and constantly ask for the status of the lights and grill since I was not receiving proper updates. When the lights and grill were finally installed it was done incorrectly. The lights were switched and the bottom lights were not connected at all. I was told the bottom lights could not be connected due to problems with the cables. However, I was charged for the parts and the complete install. If they would have assessed my vehicle and notified me this would be an issue I would have decided to not pursue this install as I was charged $800 which should cover a proper install. Additionally, the grill that was installed was matte, not glossy, which is what I originally wanted. I have called to come to a resolution and they completed disregarded any responsibility and stated I had to fix any issues somewhere else. Coming here was the worst decision ever. I have already informed all my friends, family and jeep groups to not visit this shop. This company's owner/workers attitude will lose business in the long run. I will definitely be filing a complaint with the BBB! read more

Came to the shop and had the lady help me at the front desk to have some one look at my car because it was involved in a accident down the street and wanted to drive back home. Before I got back onto the freeway I took my car to blessed tires and had one guy inspect my car for any suspicious damage. He hand mentioned to me it's all body damage car looks ok to drive but he does not recommend I drive it with a broken tail light because I would get a ticket or could cause a accident. Tony is understandable but just make sure the rims and tires are balanced correctly and the Tire pressure is correct as well. They balanced my rims twice and put weights on weight to make them feel a little better but be careful. And then they charge you $200 to balance when they don't even balance them. Got front and rear breaks and rotors they were squeaking so I too it back in to get fixed and they said everything was "fixed" but it's exactly the same it's been 6 weeks and they have no stopped squeaking. Go to these guys if you're in a pinch, went to get my four tires mounted and balanced with an alignment. Had to go back to them twice. After the first time they mounted and balanced my tires it was horrible . Didn't even take a whole day for me to feel how bad it was . Front two and back two tires were indeed not balanced . Only reason I knew is when I went back to them the second time they said so themselves . They took my back wheels for about three minutes or so and brought it back out with just more weights on it .
