Went in to get my tire pressure checked and filled in with air for the tires that needed it. As soon as I got there I was helped and within about 15-20 minutes I was out of there. I have a small car/tires so they only charged me $5. Very professional and they have a shaded area for you to wait and sit. Glad they were able to help me without an appointment! read more

I Took my vehicle in for a rotation and they wouldn't honor my warranty because there is "new" ownership despite the "owner" himself helping me. Been coming here for two years had them put wheels on 4 of my cars. 2 Benz, 1 bmw and my mustang. They patch, sell new and can do alignment. I always come here cuz they has never been a wait and they do it right the first time. My main thing is to see if places notice directional tires without me saying anything and they always do. I don't know the owner personally but it's always a pleasure dealing with him as he's always a happy peppy guy and his crew has the same energy as they always seem to be happy and laughing as they bs with each other. read more

I purchased 2 new tires from them and they kept (stole) my almost new tire that was on the front. I ask them to put it on the back. I realized that didn't happen when the dealer did a tire inspection on my vehicle. So I spoke to Jose he was very Rude about the situation. I asked for the owner he stated he was the manager wouldn't give me the owners info. Said he didn't believe me. I told me prior to this even happening I was going to come back and buy the other tire. Meaning 1. When I called him he said the would cost me 150 instead of 130. 3days later. If I couldn't pay that he couldn't do and hung up in my face. Because he knew he stole my tire. The sad part I have proof that tire wasn't old it was fairly new. I don't recommend this place Poor customer service and a Rip off. How do you change a price in just 3days after you guarantee as long as don't wait along time. And then Steal a tire. They charge for services then don't do them. Had them swap tires from one set of rims to another. They charged a lot of money and did the service. Noticed that my car was vibrating a lot, but was too far to safely turn around by the time I realized it was not the road. They insist that they balanced all the tires and blamed it on an unknown problem with my car. They also said I must have a damaged rim. I had it inspected by another tire shop, not a single one of them was balanced, they all still had their old weights on. I had to have another tire company fix their incompetency. Rancho told me "oh well, I don't care". read more

I usually dont go here to get my tires done for nail damage but I was sgopping at walmart across the street and stumbled across tgis place only because I'm a good mom pop shop supporter and wanted to help out since there was only 1 customer and I want people to have jobs... Anyways... They charge $2 more than the one i usually go to and they took about 10 minutes to get it fixed right away. The men are younger more nice to look at and basically it... If I'm ever around town ill make sure to stop by if a tire is damaged. Only bad thing was that they charge $1.50 for credit card use. read more

Worst place to do business they wanted $65 for a used rim and tire ! The rim was oxidized and the tire was probably left back from someone else !! On top of tHat they charge me $10 to take off the tire from my trailer and put it back on because i didnt want to buy their tire after the worker said it was only going to be $5 ... i over heard the owner say charge him 10 !! And the owners wife kept walking around trying to write a work order when she does not have tHe slightest idea of what is going in !!
