Made sure to call ahead of time to see if they had a used tire I can purchase, I was quoted $45 over the phone and ended up only paying $40. I'm sorry but for some reason every time I come here I forget to take pics!!!!! What is wrong with me? I think it is because of their quick fast service I just don't think about it... Owner and employees are really cool and nice.... Pull your car up if there is a slot available and tell them what you need.... Seriously 2 new front tires in and out in 15 to 20 minutes usually.... The family who runs the place is super nice, the place is welcoming, and they worked on my car immediately however... I called a day prior to order a specific tire brand, type and size. I was quoted $430. I called today to ensure it was available before arriving and they confirmed it was ordered and now in stock. Upon completion I saw that it was not the right tires I ordered, the brand and size was correct though. Owner Robert said I'm sorry that's all there is. Okay. This would have been useful to know when I called prior to driving down. Then I was charged $470 instead of the $430 that I was quoted and by that point I was uninterested in what BS excuse I would be given that time. May have been something about disposal fee? and he said he ate half that cost for me. Oh wow I feel special. Bait and switched x 2. Had that been the case for disposal was I quoted the $430 with anticipation that I would bring back my worn tires back home with me? I don't find this place to be trustworthy nor ethical and if anyone is continuing to do business here just be a bit wary. read more

Well I got a bent rim from these perfect Los Angeles streets, yup I hit a damn pothole and my rim bent, I was able to drive the car to Pro Tires and Wheels and they were able to help me fix my Stock rim to my 2026 Prius. The service took about 2 and a half hours and the work was good, rim was fixed total cost of rim fix was 95$ out the door so not bad at all. great value for sure, beats paying 700 for a new rim read more

I would never recommend this tire shop first they broke a lug nut off my vehicle and quoted me $100 to replace it and now one of the tires already went flat and they said they aren't going to honor the fact it's a month old tire that's already flat from normal driving. I went to get two of my tires fixed. They said it was $50. When I paid, I gave Robert a $100 bill, and he gave me a change back. I trusted him because I've gone there multiple times. So, I did not count my change. I gave the guy a tip who did my tires and left. When I took out the money, it was only 15 dollars. I called and complained, and he moved the price up, saying he said 80 when he clearly said 50 to me. This is so wrong. Taking advantage of people they think won't talk back or complain because I'm quiet. Guess what, Robert? I'm tired of people taking advantage of me. Don't trust this place. I took my 1987 Nissan 300zx 2+2 (my baby) to get new tires, which were reasonably priced, that wasn't my ISSUE. After waiting 2-3 hours to get my tires changed the rims were completely DAMAGED. Looked like a beaver had some fun chewing on my rim while they weren't paying attention to the job at hand. They blamed the machinery but it's definitely the technicians at fault. Robert offered to have my rims refinished, (I had to come back 3 days later and wait 3 hrs in the heat) but that job was lackluster at best. I'll attach images with the condition of my rims before, after, and with the refinishing. I wouldn't recommend based on my experience, or just purchase your wheels here and installed elsewhere. The tires are okay but my rims make me sad every time I notice what I let happen to them.. read more

I come here for alignments, so I'll review about that. Amazing price for the quality work they do. I've taken my car once to a higher end shop in a different city. They show off their state of the art machinery and charge more than double the price I pay here, but my car came out still not driving straight. I demanded a refund and came straight here to Pro Tires and not only saved money but got my alignment done correctly. I'll bring all my cars here from now on. I also had 2 wheel locks that I couldn't get off bc the key was stripped. The guys here took care of me with no extra charge. That's service right there. That's how you make a returning customer. Full service wheel work - had my center bore enlarged perfectly to convert a wheelset to fit my vehicle. Machining equipment went down delaying my promised completion estimate; called to confirm if done and was given bad information. When I drove out, the wheels were not done due to extended machine issues. Got a call the next day letting me know they were in fact done. Friendly, accommodating techs. Those guys are solid. Happy to have found a shop that could do the machining work for my wheels with a pretty cool staff. Only complaint - a little disorganized.
