When they tested them, they told me only 2 were bad (honest of them to state instead of saying I need all 4 done) however I went ahead and replaced all 4. The shop was kind enough rotate my tires for me during the repair at no extra cost. My go to tire shop has let me down once again. Went in to buy (2) tires and was shown some Kumho tires. We came to a price agreement and got them installed, so I thought. I should of checked them before I left, but I trusted them and was let down. The next day I went to wash my car and was cleaning my tires and noticed they were different, not the ones we agreed on. They installed some Chinese Sailun tires, never heard of the brand. After seeing this I was so disappointed, I didn't go back to confront them but it's not right. This is the second time they've done bad business with me. I let the first one pass, but this one I can't let go without speaking up. Always check your tires before leaving and confirm the correct ones were installed. Learn from my mistake. I hope they get it together, I would never shop around and would go to them for all my tire needs. Now, I'll need to look for a new TRUSTWORTHY tire shop. read more

I responded to an add that I saw on Facebook Marketplace, for a complete set of Michelin tires. Moises was quick to respond and texted me the address. As I pulled up, one of the crew directed me where to park. I showed him the add that I responded to and he quickly had all of my tires jacked up off the ground. My dodge ram 2500 with 300,000 miles needed new tires desperately. After spending countless hours trying to find $1,800.00 for new tires at Costco or another tire store I came across Hermanos tires on OfferUp. They were very quick to respond and when I showed up Saturday at 7:15 they knew the exact tires I was there for. Four guys came out of nowhere and jacked my truck up and swapped out my old "slicks" for fairly new tires with mounting and the front two tires being balanced. First off this place deserves 5 stars all around. Came in with a flat straight off the freeway. It was determined visually that the tire was torn. We had it replaced no problem. Unfortunately, after driving for 5 minutes the tire went flat again. I called the shop and Moises who initially helped took the time to come where I was at. Took a look at the tire, took it back to his shop and brought it back ready to go. It was the tire valve that malfunctioned not the tire. That's exceptional service. I was in need of tires and having a specific tire size it was hard to find. I live in Hollywood and everyone here will up price you like crazy. I found these guys on offerup with the exact size that i needed. Contacted them and said to come in anytime even if i was busy they were will to save it for me. These guys will accommodate with your schedule and very flexible. Once they finished they were loading my tires in the trunk and laid plastic to prevent damaging or getting my car dirty, some other tire shop will just throw it in whether its dirty wet or dry. Hermanos tires will always have my business. Second story: I took my brother's car to this tire shop. I know they close at 6 pm but my brothers tires were showing metal wire to how badly he needs a new one. We were running late I called the place and they're willing to wait 10-15min past there closing. They said yes, once we arrived the tires the I requested was outside ready to be mounted.
