They offer complimentary tire pressure check and will add air in your tires for when your PSI is low. I prefer coming here over Costco or the gas station because it's free and you don't need to get out of your car. All you need to do is drive up and they'll take care of the rest. The workers are informative when it comes to tires. They never pressure you to buy anything but they will let you know if your tires are starting to bald lol, I appreciate that because that's not something I pay close attention to. read more

I returned here because of the insurance on my tires. But even with the insurance, they "cannot service my tire". The tire is within the worn out limit, (limit is 4, my tire a 7) yet no service. Went in for 2 new tires, the staff was friendly and helpful, no one tried to sell me anything I didn't need. They did offer me new windshield wipers because I really did need them. I drove away with my fresh tires and wiper blades all for a great price. I typically buy tires at another, smaller, local place but America's Tire gave me a better price and great service. Appointments and walk-ins are welcome depending on your needs. Be advised that if the "technicians" at this location cross thread one of the lug nuts on your wheel and break the end off of the stud, they can't/won't/aren't authorized to fix it. What they will do is give you a repair voucher and send you to a very small and very busy independent shop about 3 miles away where they will keep your car all day. I came in to have one tire replaced. It should have only taken an hour or two, but due to the lack of concern or care of America's Tire employees, it cost me an entire day. I usually go to the Pasadena location, because of work. It is really hit or miss at the Pasadena location. I've been to the Norwalk location twice. So far, service has been attentive. My tires felt really weird, like squishy was the only way I could describe it, even though the tire pressure was normal. I got my tires balance and rotated. So I came here some days ago for a rotation which went well however the guy who took my car asked me if I wanted to drive my own car into the garage he also asked me if I wanted to take it out of the garage which is weird last time I checked you're the one at work not me. I don't mind doing things but I wouldn't want to go into their garage out of respect for their workplace. My TPMS needed to be looked at so I was recommended to try American Tire. Bryan was supper helpful and after inspection it was determined that one of the TPMS needed to be replaced. However my tires were below tire thread standards so I had them replaced as well. I was in and out and but scheduling an appointment online helped. I've been going to America's Tire for well over 25 years, and have always had a good experience. This time was no different. I called, late Saturday afternoon, after hitting a pothole, downtown L.A. and spoke with Adrian. I knew I wouldn't have made it to the shop that day, and he advised me, that they are closed on Sunday, and he ordered my tire for my Fiat 500, gave me the exact cost out the door, and would call me as soon as it arrived on Monday. He called before noon, I made it to the shop by 1:45, and he promised it wouldn't be done before 2:30, which they delivered before!! I was recently informed at a dealership that a nail was embedded in one of my tires. They informed me that the tire repair would run $49.50. The tire was not losing air nor was indicator light on my dash lit. I had done with business with America's Tire before in Norwalk, so I took my car to the location. I was greeted by Joaquin Castillo. I advised him of the situation. He said he would have a tech inspect the tire. I didn't have to wait long. The tech found a very small nail in the tread and no damage to the tire after a thorough inspection. Joaquin and the technicians did a great job and saved me $$. I have a '24 KIA EV9 that the local KIA dealership in Cerritos tried to align the front end and straighten the steering wheel. That Dealership failed five times over a two week period to straighten the steering wheel and the pulling to the left, problems they created. I decided to bring my car to this America's Tire store and to say the least: They did a marvelous job of properly aligning the front end and straightening the steering wheel. Adrian and Justin and all the rest of the personnel there got me in and out in under one hour. I am very happy with the work performed and the final results. Great work indeed. Yesterday I arrived to look at a possible flat tire. They looked and found a minor hole which was repairable. While removing the tire from someone lets say made an accident causing the tire to no longer be repairable. They were extremely apologetic on resolving the issue as they were going to provide a new tire free of charge. I thought I would have to return another day since the tire wasn't in stock. They made sure the tire arrived that day and was back on the road. The customer service here was excellent and could tell most people feel the same with the foot traffic going in and out. Few months later in November, I had an incident with one of my tires and it needed to be replaced . I had to return to their shop to take care of this matter , and Brian helped me tremendously, in a quick, professional and very kind matter . Brian found in their computer for me that I had bought the extended coverage , as explained to me by Justin back in August at time of my purchase. Thankfully I had bought the ex coverage , as Brian reassured me that my tire was 100 percent covered and they would take care of me and replace it for me as covered in the ex warranty . This was a major relief for me , as the tire was damaged on the side wall , which normally wouldn't have been covered without the Ex warranty . Came in with a flat tire expecting to have it patched. Found out my wheel was cracked! Rudy gave me several options regarding the cracked wheel, ultimately settled on new wheels and tires. Problem was, I needed the car back up and running within the week. Due to the make (MBZ), wheel options were limited. I ended up coming back here For peace of mind. I took advantage of the Labor Day tire sale and booked the appointment online for this week. Tuesday afternoon, I received a call to say my front items came in. Waiting on the back. I didn't get a call back but just came in at 0815am on the appointment day. What I like about this place is that they never try to sell you something you don't need. They are very nice and attentive and explain what they'll be doing to your vehicle thoroughly. They check tires, air, and patch without charge. I've gone to them for my tires on multiple vehicles for the past 8 years and have never been dissatisfied.
