BAD COMMUNICATION. Said within an hour service would be done waited three to be curtesy. Called.The employee gave attitude because the guy who was supposed to work on my car hadn't taken their break. Great service and great value for what I was looking for. Needed alignment they got it done in a timely manner.

Brought in my 2000 tundra for a suspension inspection. My last mechanic charged me over 800 to install new upper and lower control arms, shocks and 2 inch spacers. Left that place with a clunking sound. Took it back and they had me replace the tie rods and still the problem persised. Took it in to Eddie and they found out the shocks were installed incorrectly and the rack and pinion bushings needed to be replaced. Once completed the sounds is gone and ride is smooth. These guy are a like a pit crew! Had a flat tire, when I rolled in, the guy immediately asks me it's the left side and I said, it's actually the right front side. He told me he saw a screw on the left side as I was pulling in, so we checked and there it was! Just shows how attentive these people are. They took out both my front tires. Then not even minute in, they start putting my left tire back. They were honest enough to tell me that the left side didn't actually puncture through the tire, so it was all good. They patched up the right side pretty quickly. I was really surprised. I was in and out in about 5 mins and costs me $25 read more

I called Multi-tire & they said no wait for a tire repair-so 6 minutes later I arrived & was immediately taken care of. Multi tires saves the day. My 2021 4runner was out of alignment. Took it to pep boys across the street, and they could not, or would not get it back into alignment. Pep boys also said they thought my lower control arm, or spindle was bent which is major money to repair. Brought the 4runner to multi tires and they were able to get it driving straight as an arrow. Couldn't recommend a better shop. read more

My review isn't based on the quality of work because I didn't have any work done on my car. The guys seem like they are very honest and know what they are doing. I needed suspension work done on my car so I took it to them, Eddie helped me out and was able to diagnose the problem. He told me all the parts I would need and then told me he would call me back the next day with a Quote. Next day came, He didn't call. I didn't mind too much so I waited. He didn't call me for the next 2 days so I called him. He told he he would call the next day. It's been 4 days since he told me that and haven't heard a thing from them. I ended up buying the parts myself and plan to take them to another shop to have them installed once they are delivered. I wouldn't mind waiting this long if the car wasn't my daily driver but I needed the work done done as soon as possible so I can get to work. I've already gone through 2 tires since taking it to them the first time (2 Weeks ago) I can't drive it too far because it's too dangerous. If the quote for not that big of a job (according to the 2nd shop I took it to) is taking this long I can only imagine how long it'll take for them to actually agree to work on it. The shop I plan to take it to told me they will have the work done in a day once I take the parts to them. My only issue is him telling me TWICE he would call me the next day but never does. I could have had this done already had I not waited for that phone call. read more

What a relief to know that a good and honest repair shop exists. Eddie helped diagnosed/fixed a problem my tires and had his crew check my squeaky front brakes on the spot! They showed me that my brake pads still had life in them, and explained why they were beginning to squeak. They could have easily charged for new pads, as I am not knowledgeable in any of this. I've been to this location time and time again. They are reasonably quick with their tire services. They offer others and did a good job with my lower control arms on my sports car. Also, They make knowledgeable recommendations. The only thing I wouldn't do again is get a plug, but a patch for a punctured tire. Other than that they work with their customers. read more

I like this place, I'm not sure who I talked to but I like their honesty, I had went to the dealership early in the morning and they had told me I had a screw in my tire and went to pepboys and they told me it was gonna take 2 hours, so I went across the street "literally", and these guys did a quick inspection and the screw wasn't deep enough to have gone through.
