I was actually so impressed watching the car in front of me get the pre-wash I always WISH for but never get, that I even rolled my window down before he started just to ask his name so I could give him recognition. ELIAS took the time to power wash BOTH sides. He actually used the power washer from EACH SIDE instead of trying to reach over from the driver's side to "wash" the passenger side. The car ahead of me got their bumper completely torn off and fell in the middle of the rails that pull the cars forward as my car was inside the car wash the people operating the car was never stopped it so it scratched my car and the owner refuses to take any responsibility. Stop by today, and I usually frequent the place on an emergency wash only because, let's face it, this place is horrible. But I need a wash badly. Now I expected to get a bad wash, so it was kinda my fault. But not only did I get a bad wash (typical). I was ripped off and wondered how many other people get cheated and there's no one to complain to, cause the owner is never there. But today might lead to a BBB complaint because I'm sure the owner knows he's purposely cheating people. I paid $18.00 for full service, and not only were my wheels (rims) not clean, but I had no tire shine. You can see where I touched the rims to show the dirt dust still on my wheels. Poor customer service. Never returning. Went for a car wash, used Apple Pay, no receipt was issued. Once we went through the gate, the wash broke down. Didn't get the wash and when asked for the refund, they said the need a receipt. Showed them the credit card transaction and they said I needed to dispute it. All for $18. Finally!!! A car detailing spot that understands and accepts the corporate fleet invoice process. Eitan, the owner of, was excellent! He was involved from the beginning and made the process that much easier. He got the approval from my corporate fleet for the full detail and called me back to take my corporate vehicle within hours. Eitan was very helpful and humble. As for price, he charges the average rate that all detail spots were charging but none of the others were willing to go through the corporate fleet process. They do a terrible job washing your car (mine still has dirt when I leave). I tried to go a few times but it has been a consistently poor job. I've gotten better wash jobs at gas stations!!! They do have vacuums and blowers available which is very convenient except people fight over spots and will nearly hit you to cut you off (happened twice now). If you get there when it's fairly empty it's a great spot to vacuum your car out. read more

I have been a long-time customer of Unique Auto Spa, both the car wash and the repair shop. Three weeks ago, the car wash dryer arm broke the roof rack on my car. The attendant who rinsed my car on both sides prior to entering the wash did not provide any warning. Thomas, the repair shop manager, had to tell the attendant that cars with a roof rack should not go through the wash after my car was damaged. I am disappointed that the ownership has refused to accept any responsibility for the damages. This business only cares about making money off the customers. Shame on Unique Auto Spa's owner for not taking responsibility and for not training the employees. It's no wonder their customer ratings are barely average. Man, I used to love this car wash. The $6 option was pretty good. A little bit of wetness, that's about it, but all good. Bring a terry cloth and wipe down the wet areas. NO MORE!!! The last couple of times in 2022 it seems like they shortened the wash. There is no more pre-soak besides the guy standing at the entrance that pre-soaks only the left side of your car. Other that, it goes straight into a wash cycle and it's the long cloth slats. Then the rolling scrubbers. And a very very quick rinse that leaves all kinds of soap on your car!!! And the air dryer? Forget about it. They might as well just remove them and let you drive out full Of water and soap suds. I would come here all the time. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But 3 strikes they are out!!! NOT ANYMORE. If you are paying for the higher options l, do yourself a favor and just go to a ful service wash. Or wash it yourself. When you go here get the least expensive car wash they offer. I paid for the $18.00 car wash and there was no tire dressing and the car wasn't even dried, it was worse than a basic wash. I went in to talk to someone, waited 15 minutes and no one ever showed up, the office is empty. I know they say that they apply Armour All by hand but when there are no hands to do it, it's just robbery at that point. With the number of car washes in the area I would suggest to avoid this one and just go somewhere that will actually give you what you paid for. read more

I contacted the owner by the Name of a Ethan, unfortunately the only way is through email and still haven't even heard from him, I asked the guys rinsing the cars where owner was he said he doesn't have a set schedule to come in so just told me to email him and that he would also do the same along with same photos I'm sharing here. As you all could see on phone #2 the railing is in perfect position but as my car got close to the end I felt my car got lifted from the ground that's when I realized that the rail on picture #1 was not in the proper position as it should've of been. I did file the incident with my insurance so they would take over from here. The car wash damaged my car and ripped off part of my spoiler. The manager and employees wouldn't help me. They gave me the bosses email. He ignored my emails and messages at work. I finally get his personal number and he still refuses insurance information. The camera that recorded the incident is supposedly too soapy to see anything. How convenient. He also claimed the damage was caused because I brought in a damaged spoiler. The car is 2 years old and 14k miles. The spoiler was fine. Don't bring your car here. Any accidental damage will be ignored and no one is helpful. read more

DOWNEY BEWARE! This place will say that any accident on their property is not their issue. They also say , as another person reviewed, that the cameras are poor quality so there's no value of looking at the footage. Let me also mention something that is very dangerous and I will see if there are any laws concerning this but the car wash does not stop if some one pushes their brake. It continues moving until each car bashes into the car in front. Very very dangerous. This place has been a place I go for my car wash but not anymore. The car wash needs to be updated at the end the drying machines don't spin and dry the vehicle. The top drying machine just spins but never touched the vehicle and one of the spinning dryers doesn't even have a dryer on it. Highly waste of money so not come to this car wash. read more

The owner of the place names Ethan was real nice to me, and he was very helpful. I get my truck washed there about every other week and I'm always satisfied with how the wash goes. I get the wash with the tire dressing and you pull around and the guys do the tire dressing just right. I love that I can pull into any of the stalls and vacuum my truck and take my time. The youngsters who work there always have a positive and helpful hard working attitude. Highly recommend. read more

Car wash review only. Solid 6$ drive thru car wash. Sit in your car be lazy & then drive thru the dryer section while car is in neutral and your done within minutes. Move to next section vacuum and air sprayer thing & dry your own car. Bring a yellow towel and dry away you go. I think it's works. Never had damage to my vehicle. Scratched my black BMW car doors last week with the higher priced car wash. I know because I normally take the time to hand wash my car personally but my back was hurting. I'm aware of all my cars imperfections. The dryer mechanism that's supposed to come down at the end to shammie the hood dry didn't even touch the car to dry it. Overall poor service. I have been a loyal customer for the longest time. I usually bring all my vehicles for oil changes, smog checks and car washes. However, I was disappointed recently to discover that the owner of this place was very deceitful to my face nevertheless to save himself a few dollars. I took my jeep for an oil change and when I got home to change my own engine air filter as I always do, I discovered that the technician that worked on the vehicle had broken the filter cover as you can see from the pictures. They tried to hide the damage by trying to glue it back together. I would have simply loved for them to be straight forward with me, tell me about the damage and simply replace the part. Now they have lost a long time customer to save a few dollars. My family and friends have also been informed and they too will no longer be going there. Not a very smart owner in my opinion! as they would have made more money if they would have kept me as a customer. Owner is more money hungry than showing customer service pride for his company. Been to this car wash today since my family had been raving about it so much. They have 3 choices for the washes, 5, 8, and 10 dollar washes. They range from simple, to more options (wax, etc). So its all pretty much self automated with a touch screen drive thru, which is really pretty impressive. You pick your choice, insert your money and then go thru the self-serve car wash. Kind like the ones at the gas stations, but this is more detailed. Once you go thru, they have sections where you can do some additional drying to your car, and you get to use the free vacuums they provide. Overall good deal. They also have 3 bays for oil changes toward the back. Place is very clean, and the area is nice. So go wash your cars people! read more
