My family goes to this place to clean their cars here, they've been for a while and never no issues. I took my bf dodge, when I picked it up and saw it close they had not cleaned it there were water marks and it looked like they just poured water and called it a day. I told what it looked like the manager and they said that they couldn't take those off and if I wanted to I could pay 140 for wax to take that off. I told him I could take that off with my finger and he gave me attitude and said try to take it off, and I did. They didn't even clean the windows and left marks all over the car. I was very disappointed. After that he said I can charge you an extra 140 for wax when in the beginning when I asked days prior the lady told me 25 for a normal wash and 40 for wax fine but he tried scamming day of, just because I'm a girl they think I'm stupid. I am never coming to this place again they left the car so dirty they put no effort. read more

Great monthly price for unlimited car washes. Drying towels are provided. Grounds are kept cleaned. My only problem is 30% of the time the towel dispensers are empty and I have to remind the employees to refill the towel dispensers. That usually takes about 10 minutes. Be aware of their hours they are all kinds of wrong! They go by their schedule so call ahead before coming! Came on a Thursday and they were closed, they are supposed to be open at 8 but I came by at 840 and the guy said they open at 9. They are also supposed to close at 630 but I came in at 530 on a Monday and they were also closed! They used to be more friendly and make you feel like a valued costumer (literally) but lately that has changed. It's a good car wash that's why I still drive 25 min to get my car washed here but a business should better itself with time and respect people's time. Don't come here if you would like your car to come out undamaged. As soon as I got back in my half decently washed car, I immediately had alerts and beeping go off. I made it a few yards away before turning around and asking them what they did because something was clearly wrong. Of course I was met with, "we couldn't have done anything, all we did was a light wipe down". $210 at the dealership later to find out that whoever was vacuuming the car was doing it so aggressively and carelessly that they damaged the wires underneath my drivers seat, screwed up the sensors for the airbags and seatbelts, chose to ignore the alerts that went off when they did it, and then acted like they had no idea what I was talking about when I asked why my car was screaming at me. I've only had my new car for a month, so it's not like it's an old car with janky old parts. I would expect people who work with cars to have some basic knowledge about how not to forcefully shove things in places that are delicate. Lesson learned I guess. read more

Brought my car here because I was looking for a good hand wash place. Definitely better than the one on Firestone in Downey. It's small and out of the way, but I think that's good because the guys really take the right amount of time to make sure your car looks good. Love that they use air blowers to get rid of excess water, preventing water spots! Waiting room is comfortable. I watched the gentleman who did my car and he was pretty thorough with my wash n wax. There were some smudges on my leather seats I had to ask him to wipe and I noticed after I'd left some wax or other product on my shifter but other than that I am pleased and will return. It's a small car wash in Bell Gardens. No big machines or fancy equipment. Just guys who take pride in their work and do a fine job. They started by using compressed air to blow the fine dust out of my cup holders, shifter, etc. they then vacuumed the interior, including the trunk. They hand washed the car, then conditioned/ dressed the interior and tires. All for $20! In and out in 30 minutes at most. The place has comfortable sofas to sit in while you wait, plus complimentary wi-fi and TV. Will be back! read more
